SS seems to be slaking alot with shipping lately...the avatar AMP suit is now shipping at the end of the year... and we probably wont see the Allo dio till next month. I've also been waiting patiently since May 18th for my replacment Deinosuchus dio. Its been 3 weeks almost and they still havent shipped it out

Yup, I've called them every week since the 18th to ask when it will be shipping. Jaclyn tells me every week that it will be shipping within that week........that was 3 weeks ago. Im probably gonna hear the same thing on Monday when I call them......again.

I can understand production delays..I have an order from Amoktime that I've been waiting around 2 years plus for as of now.

They could post something though..communication is key.

Atheris, I would ask to speak with someone else..like her superior and see if they can get something done. If they are having ship delays in the U.S. they can fix it.

If it doesnt ship out tomorrow (which im not expecting it to)...im gonna be ticked and then I will call in kicking and screaming. The first week went by and I thought nothing of it...maybe they were busy. Then the 2nd week went by....maybe their still busy. Now were on the 3rd week and still nothing. Every time I call in shes always so cheerful and says the same dam thing "im sorry about the delay". I dont think its a delay at this point anymore.....I think they just plain forgot!

Far be it from me to make excuses..but maybe it's a stock issue ? I looked up the pages and the exclusive is out of stock..is that what you had or was it the regular ?

If it was the regular it is in stock..and clearly something isn't being OK'd or done.

I got the EX....even though its not in stock they arent replacing the EX skull just the piece itself. She tells me all their doing is sending a new piece and slapping on a new base sticker with the edition # on it. This should be a very easy replacment. If their was an issue I wonder why she hasnt said anything? all she says is it will be shipping out this week....every week...and it never does.
The problem now is Im leaving for Australia NEXT week for a month....if it doesnt ship out in the next couple days I wont be here to pick it up by the time it gets here. I also explained this to her 2 weeks ago!
Meanwhile they still have my money....

As it turns out, this piece is actually still expected for a release at the end of June.

Our local retailer says that the dios are ready to be shipped from China, the problem is how long it will take for them to reach SSHQ and worldwide retailers....

Kind of OT, but here's Venomosaurus Rex.

I have to admit, it's one of the best dinosaur/alien hybrid statues I've seen.

If it can def get here by the 2nd week it wouldn't be a big problem..but right now I'm planning on being gone the 15th-18th..I'd much rather it had showed up this month. :/

The Venomosaurus does look pretty cool..if I was into dinos and spiderman or even just Marvel I would be sorely tempted..but I can hold off and use the funds for another Dinosauria piece instead..

I think it was sculpted by Adrian Taboada as well.
