Ew. :monkey4

This was obviously the wild-tongued creature that some people thought was a Dinosauria piece a while ago. Notice that it's smaller yet more expensive than a Dinosauria statue, though. Good ol' Marvel license.

I just started reading Raptor Red (thanks for the recommendation Scar!) and reading about the raptors attacking the other larger dinos really makes me want this dio.

It is a great book to fire the imagination of any dino-fan.. ;D

I still hope we will get a Dromeosaur Pack Attack piece in the future..Deinonychus is fine..Utahraptor would also be ideal. ;)

Edit : I've just heard they are planning more pieces like the Brachiosaur hatchling ornament..at least one is currently in development...I really liked the last one. Not expensive and the same quality as the larger pieces.

That's exciting. The only reason I didn't get the last one is that it looked unnatural to me. I would have preferred the baby breaking out of the shelf instead of sleeping in it. Looked to me like it was dead and the shell broke or something.

I think it was supposed to have just broke open and was squinting from the light in it's eyes..seems really cute to me.. ;D

I don't know what the next one will be..but hopefully something cool...at that size I can't imagine anything else but eggs or maybe mini skulls/ fossils. Of course the current ornament isn't 1/1 either..I did suggest maybe a 1/1 hatching Rex or Raptor piece though.

Anyone else get the same 24 notice about the Allo VS ? Just trying to get a concensus.. ;)

If it's head were sticking up and out a little it would have been a must have for me. Maybe it looks more obvious in person what is going on.

I would love a 1:1 hatchling. Dan has a 1:1 baby Steg kit on his site, if I had the money to buy it and have it assembled and painted I'd do it in a heartbeat.

The smaller " football " or the larger one ? Both are by Foulkes.

I would love to be able to shell out the cash for the larger juvenile..I'd have it sealed so it could go in my own personnal Jurassic Park.. ;D

If they do a Dinosauria one it will great for all the outdoor photographers here... ;)

Yeah, I was talking to Shane the other day when he told me about that smaller Stegosaurus hatchling model. I've never seen pictures of it, or even known of its existence. Where did you see them, Blade?

I've been wanting that same baby Stegosaurus. That and Shanes 1:15 Apatosaurus are my most wanted Dinosaur pieces. The baby Stego would be the more reasonable of the two, I think.:dunno

Which outdoor photographers could you be talking about?:wink1:

There was a photograph of the Stego juvenille in a recent PT issue, and it was standing beside a field of wheat. I thought the photo looked absolutely gorgeous, and would love to photograph that piece myself. There are plenty of wheat fields around my house.:naughty

It was in a past issue of PT..I haven't seen it painted yet..but it was smaller, cheaper, but still 1/1..it's kind of just trotting along...and looks like a football with legs..lol

Not to say it isn't life-like just cute looking.. ;)

The " football " stego has a full pic of the kit in issue #89 Pg 27 ...it says it's a 2 week old infant and retails for 190.00 including shipping... no exact size mentioned though.

I could see it more in amongst my ferns.. ;)

I've been waiting for Shane to finish his 1/1 Velociraptor...Oxmox also claim they will be revealing one but I haven't seen it either yet.. :/

I didn't know Shane was working on one. Another piece i'll be dying to own.:gah:

I kep going to Oxmox's site, to see if they haveput up any pics of their Velociraptor, but no such luck. I'm really eager to see their 1:4 T-rex and 1:4 Liopleurodon statues. I wish they had a warehouse here in the states. Would make shipping alot kinder on my wallet. :lol

Ugh, I only have issues #90 and up. Guess I'll have to wait for him to send some photos. Some other goodies on the way as well, like his Iguanodon vs. Eotyrannus diorama.

Yeah, I bet he has a great price on it as well ! Most of his kits are really nicely priced...the Mosasaur is a steal really for the size and cost.

Those 1/4 Rex and Liop pieces also have me curious...anyone wanna take a stab at how large that would be ? The price on both would def be better than 1/1 and they could easily be displayed as well...I think. ;)

Hey Dan, any chance you could be a stateside retailer for Oxmox ? ;D

I saw the Iguanadon and Eo in the current issue. The Eo looks beautiful..but the Iguanadon looks too static really.

Although he recently raised the price of the Mosasaur. :lol

Oxmox sells everything on their own, unfortunately. But think about it, where am I going to fit all these lifesize raptor statues?

Really ? That kinda sucks..guess I might be rethinking it.. :/ I am looking at his Acro now though... ;)

Wonder how much he charge to paint it up and build it ? I'm really impressed with his work on the Para he did for Jeremy.

Did you pick that color scheme Jeremy or did Shane ?

I kinda like this one for the Acro that Garrat did :

You could always store them at my place. ;)

Shane picked out the color scheme, which I am very thankful for. He knows what he's doing, that's for sure. I'm saving up for my next Foulkes piece. ;)
