I'd also like to know how long did he take overall ? I understand he's usually quite busy and only does paleo-artistry on the side.


You can def store some of those Oxmox pieces here as well buddy...and for a nice, low fee, of one piece.. ;D I'll even photograph them for you in my natural prehistoric settings...free of charge...seriously.. I would.

Now, the latest retailer newsletter arrived, and reveals:

1. Allo/Cam is within the "30 day" list
2. Allo/Cam is now expected for a July release

So pretty much what we expected, but at least we know it won't be too much longer now.

Eh, 30 days is too long I think.. :/

That puts it somewhere between now and July 9th so at least it will before my trip. MJPRex said he received a 24 day notice..putting it at shipping on the June 30th.

It should be arriving at Sideshows warehouse on June 30th not shipping thats what it said in the email. It should be shipping the first week of July.

I do like the idea of a rearing Stego myself...but it's a big chunk of change even for the kit.

I have just decided to drop this line and sell off all the Dino pieces I have so far and cancel the Alo dio. Which sucks being that I used all my points to get this piece for free. I just dont think the quality in this line is worth the hastle. The last few pieces I have received are just not very impressive as far as paint apps are concerned. Its better I just cut my losses now and get out before pouring any more money into this line. So if anyone is interested PM me, all my pieces are EX.

Sorry to hear that you dropped the line.

Actually, there are some folks around me that were really excited about this line when it was first announced, but recently they all dropped the line due to quality issues, especially since these pieces cost at least 2~3 times the original retail price in here...and the ppl here are extremely nitpicky. They won't forgive even the slightest imperfections. Even though I'm not perfectly satisfied with what I've received so far, I am happy with them and will continue to collect pieces from this line as long as it lasts.

Anyways, I hope this is a wake up call for SS and hope that they not only improve some QC issues, but also cease the steady increase in price...

I was excited about this line to when it first came out. The sculpts are amazing unfortunately the paint apps are the downfall to these pieces. Im my opinion the paint is what gives these a sense of realism. It cant just be a good sculpt alone it NEEDS an excellent job to go with it. Or else these are just toy dinosaurs labeled "collectibles". Im betting many people here who collect this line will find it difficult at re-selling them in the future. The quality just isnt there....which is why im getting out now and putting my money else where. To all the folks that are happy with theirs congratulations. However my experience and personal opinion of this line is that the quality does not match the price tag.
