I watched both episodes and think it has potential. Apparently, in the future, bombs, tripwires, and guns all sparkle or flash brightly.

I think that's how Dorian "sees" them.

Yeah, but besides the guns and tripwires, the DNA bomb (which sounds gross), the flash masks (which were cool), and the tiny bomb the guy put on the toilet were bright and sparkly. Dorian didn't see those...at least not in person. And if you're going to hide a bomb in a bathroom stall, wouldn't making it blink brightly be counterproductive? :lol

Well, the DNA bomb is a bomb, so that explains the flash. The flash masks were a cool piece of tech that spray/masks features from a camera. I thought that was cool. Unfortunately, all television show electronics have to have a flashing light on them for some reason. Like we don't know it's an electronic device otherwise... Lol

The DNA bomb didn't just explode, it rained glitter all over the place. :lol It really doesn't matter. It's just dumb nitpicking from me. I actually liked a lot of the effects on this show...like those masks. And I thought when Kennix pushed his 'partner' out of the car was great.

Wow, episode 2 was great! It had way more personality, a GitS-worthy original cyberpunk story packed with creative little sci-fi gadgets, dubstep climax(!), came full circle with an emotional ending that didn't feel heavy-handed, and best of all it actually had clever humor.

You scanned my b@lls!?
:D

I was worried it'd be a bit generic after the pilot, but now I'm optimistic that we're in for some good stuff.

Another great episode. This is the best buddy cop dialogue I've heard in a while, the comedy is really fresh and well done, the plots continue to be fun and original, and how badass was that climax!?

I'm enjoying it too. Urban and Ealy have a good rapport going. The only thing I'm not crazy about is Lili Taylor. Normally I like her, but here she seems miscast.

She kinda bothers me too.

I really like this show. This and Sleepy Hollow together is great.

This and Sleepy Hollow together is great.

I stopped making Sleepy Hollow a priority after the first couple episodes but tonight I stayed tuned and it really does make for a pretty fun block of tv.

Me too. I still say the plots are average at best, but Urban and the other guy are just loads of fun to watch play off each other.

There are and have been so many cops shows, that it's pretty much all been done. I do enjoy this though.
