Hi everyone, i just wanted to see what others thought of the light up saber on this anakin. while it is my all time favourite PF, i was quite disappointed with the light up feature.

The obi wan and vader PF's sabers connected right at the end of the blade and they were very very bright and completely illuminated to the end, but i have noticed on the anakin that is only lights up about 1/3 of the way then just dies out with just a little speck of light at the tip of the saber.

would this be because the power is running through the arm before it reaches the saber making it more weak?
(but then i notice darth maul is made the same way with the power running through his arm but his saber being 2 blades lights up fairly well.)

I hope sideshow goes back to the way they did obi wan if they plan to release any future PF's with a light up saber.

This a FANTASTIC PF! I can't believe the exclusive with the 2 head options is still available at SS. Being able to switch out between Anakin 'regular' and 'sith' head REALLY makes this piece IMO.

I can't wait for an Obi-Wan ROTS PF to pose him with...and I have a feeling that those who don't grab the EXCLUSIVE Anakin now, will be kicking themselves when the ROTS Obi comes out.

Am I wrong in thinking that I could swap the head if I have a regular? Ive just ordered mine (regular) presume that its possible??????

I'm pretty sure on the regular the head is glued on, so I'm not sure how you would go about it. You might want to wait till you get the regular to be sure.

This is true, I'm thinking the reg will come all together without the detachable head.

Yeah,I'm about to Flex the Tusken here in the next week or so before it's no longer available to do so.It'll make a great companion piece to the Anakin PF.

^^^agreed. i've been loving this piece since the preview. does anyone know if the regular versions' head come off?? if so you could get it painted to match the sith if you wanted.
