LOL! I am glad.....well not glad but at least feel better that others on the East Coast have received this message. Mine says about the weather as well and we have been fine. I guess he will come tomorrow.

What is kinda annoying is that I work about 3 miles away from the warehouse it has been sitting in. It says it is due to weather yet they haven't updated the status.

I got my copy and I'm very pleased with the figure!

I'm not getting the chin paint. very strange choice. Ford has some indentations on either side of his chin, but they were never meant to be scars. My copy has a little bit of color in the sculpted groove, but not blatantly at all.

the clothes look GREAT to me. I really love how well the outfit came out. I think the portrait ended up pretty cool, but I'm always going to feel like I want to have a chance to do it over. I'm certainly glad some of you guys are really digging it. That's very gratifying!

Mine says, Adverse weather as well, but it's stating that it's in the Parsippany, NJ warehouse, which is about 6 miles from here. I guess we wait, as long as we eventually get them it' all that counts!

The execution of the shirt and vest came out light years ahead of the Bespin Han.

I'm actually pretty impressed with this figure and really look forward to other figures to pose with him, namely Chewbacca and Greedo!

I called UPS and they said it is stuck in California due to the weather. Which makes no sense because their website is showing my package being in PA.

My tracking now shows that's in TWO NJ locations! , If Sideshow gets refunded shipping on these, I'd better get a shipping refund as well! Are you listening Sideshow?

Yeah I mean if Sideshow shipped it on the 24th which they did I don't get it. You woulld have thought California should have fell off the map by now. Can anyone in California verify the weather?

That seems strange, mine shipped on the 24th and it's in MA now.

Keep checking your tracking it might update to Arrival Scan. I really can't see it STILL being in California? According to my tracking mine is in NJ, somewhere!

Don't shoot me for saying this, but I think the Buck body may work for this version of Solo. Harrison Ford was pretty lean in ANH. More accurate proportions aside, I'm certainly not a fan of the Buck body and can't wait to see it retired for good.

And my ANH Solo arrives tomorrow! Woo!

Oh I agree completely, the Buck does work fairly well for Han. But, I did have to stuff the hip gaps with cotton to fill the area out, and the classic raised arm blaster poses are awkward because there's no extra shoulder articulation, so the pose looks a bit unnatural; which doesn't matter much because the right shoulder joint on mine is weak anyways, so Han can't even support the weight of a simple blaster raised to shoulder level! Also the torso and hip articulation doesn't cooperate for relaxed hip poses. The Buck works for Han, but it could be so much better.
I wouldn't mind transferring him over to a True Type when I get the money, I hope someone does that and posts pics!

Very strange BadMoon, Cerritos doesn't normally get bad weather, maybe a little thunder storm but nothing a UPS or Fed Ex guy can't get through.

I've had the past two SSC shipments come UPS when I always requested Fed Ex.

I wonder if SSC stopped using Fed Ex? I'm going to have to call them and see if I can get it switched back, Fed Ex delivers earlier then UPS so I'd rather use them.

I only get FedEx for stuff that requires signatures from them.
