So it seems quite some people faces the same issue with the belt like I do.

As someone had once mentioned here, being a completeist is an illness. Hah hah. I can't stand a detect in my collection, probably getting a new piece. I did plan to pose Luke differently anyway.

As for this present piece, eventually when that tiny plastic does break off, I did be using glue to permanently stick the Droid Caller to the belt.:wacky

Yeah, mine snapped off like it wasn't even firmly attached to the belt.

But I quickly received a replacement belt. I didn't have to send back the WHOLE figure like I thought.

Funny thing... I broke that replacement one. as well.

But not on the Droid Caller pin, mind you. After I successfully attached the Droid Caller, I went to place the belt on the figure and the pin behind the belt buckle bent. Not by much, but enough to weaken it for the long haul. Fearing that it would snap off in time, I shamefully asked Sideshow for yet another belt replacement.

I'm happy to say that Sideshow did provide me with another belt.... however they did stipulate that it would be the last belt they would send me. And third times a charm... both pins are doing nicely on my figure. :D

I wonder does SSC answer International request... I guess no harm dropping them a mail...

That remedy was always on the back of my mind too.

Another great one, JB. I just found a spot where I can do a similar shot...but it is quite a ways from my house, so it will likely never get done.

Thanks everyone....would've got this shot sooner, but this particular spot has been under water for most of the summer.... :)

Identify the original Star Wars line I derived that from :)

I'm sure its been done, but here's my bash of ANH Luke and a Marmit Stormtrooper. No neck seal, still sorting that bit out, but aside from that he's done.

All the exterior stuff is Marmit and the body head and rest is Sideshow. I've done some alterations (like the ankles) to improve articulation. I think he came out okay, and makes for a fun looking figure.
