But I don't know about plants. To feel they'd have to be conscious, and to be conscious, wouldn't it have some kind of survival function? In animals, consciousness is necessary to guide movement. Plants don't move, do they?
Regardless, I don't think they have little orgasms when they're eaten, like Blackthornone was claiming. I wonder if Ash Housewares or quiggle believe in that too. I bet it's just something vegetarian parents tell their children when they inevitably ask, "But if killing animals is a sin, why is it ok to kill plants? Isn't that murder too?"

Devil I usually agree with your posts. However I disagree with this one. What about the Venus fly trap? It's a plant, feeds, and closes on the sense of touch. To be honest I'm offended! I have started a save the flies website and half the proceeds go to the Taliban. Please support me!
