That made zero sense what so ever. I would guess you were aiming that statement to be funny. However, I was asking a serious question Mr. Milk drinker. Go play with your dolls Deficate. :monkey3

Oh and for the record. You were just being an Ellis.

I was giving you a serious answer you numbnuts. Go ****** yourself.

I don't know dick about phones and don't proclaim too. Anyways I probably have a dumb question regarding this statement. Why can't you use phones with no SIM cards in foreign areas?

From what I understand, you CAN use phones with no SIM cards in international areas, HOWEVER, you have to pay your provider's international rates which will basically rape you harder than dekadentdaves childhood.

If you have a phone which uses a SIM card, you can just purchase an international SIM from the country you are in, pop it in your phone, and have prepaid minutes to use which are significantly cheaper.

Interesting, thanks!

I saw a 10 year old kid with one while waiting in line to get Halo 3........

I believe its unnecessary to spend $600 on a phone, just get a phone that works, its a phone, all you need to do is talk and for those who don't like to speak, text.

it is so much more than "just" a phone... and it is only $400.

so whats the deal should i wait for the 3g version or pull the trigger and get the current one??? i just dont imagine them coming out with a new phone before next year after the price drop fiasco.

I am waiting until the amount of memory is increased. I really don't care whether I get the iPhone or just the touch iPod, but there's no way that I'm buying one while the max is 8/16 gigs.

i wish i could wait, but i have no choice. my cell phone is slowly dying on me... and i need a PDA style device for work/school. good think is that the VA is buying me a PDA which i will in turn sell to fund my iphone purchase.

I know I'm bringing a post back from the dead but I just got one of these yesterday and this kicks butt!! I can order stuff from SS site while at work and get around the works network!! Plus I can check my personal email.

Congrats on the score Josh!! I love those things, my Sister-In-Law has one and everytime she's around I hijack her phone and drain her battery playing with it, it's an awesome device. I think my favorite feature (other than the internet) is the Maps/Info, I love searching for a place and it gives you the address, phone # and directions, too F'n Cool!! :rock

Yep. I've had mine just over a month and I find myself wondering how I ever managed to live without one. :lol

(BTW, I can confirm that SSC ordering is a cinch via an iPhone... I ordered the Red Skull PF Exclusive on Thursday night :rock )

Yeah, its pretty slick. Still trying to get all the internet stuff figured out and it does appear to run a little slow sometimes.

It might be a bit slow, but it's still a Godsend when you're nowhere near a computer, the convenience is worth waiting 60 seconds for a page to load. Damn, I can't wait to get one!!

I know. It's great!! I hopefully can now order more of my own stuff from SS without help.

My wait times have not been nearly that long. AT&T's EDGE network was upgraded not too long ago is actually not that bad now. And this thing flies if you can connect to a Wi-Fi network.
