Was it piranhas? I could've sworn it was on Brightest Day and Manta chopped it with a blade. Either way the hook is ironic but cool. If they do water hand, it'd be cool.


I was thinking if Mera is made, she gets like a water aura with lighting up features to be similar to GL.

Yeah for sure. Probably why confusions like mine occur. Though Johns did a good job IMO.

A Mera PF would be fantastic, but I've got a feeling that one is going to need to be a custom. I wouldn't be surprised to see a Black Manta show up in the next couple of years though.

Honestly Ocean Master isn't a half bad Idea

I just find Black Manta more visually interesting...

...Kinda like a deep sea Darth Vader

They could always make more than one alternate hand. Normal, hook and water hand. Lol

I agree Black Manta is more visually interesting and intimidating.

Yes I laughed. But seriously, Silver Surfer Comiquette had 5 switch out arms and 3 switch out heads. It's really not that far fetched that Sideshow can start doing more alternate display options. Especially with XM doing so much. I hope they start making more of an effort.

I think Ocean Master isn't popular enough to make a $400+ statue. Black Manta has the better chance of being made.

I like the New52 Ivan Reis Ocean Master (the one Josh posted). But, yeah, probably not popular enough.

If Ocean Master was a half naked girl the pf would be made though .
