I disagree. a)we weren't screwed, we got a full refund b)OSB prides itself on offering good service. If the manufacturer is messing them around and refusing to reply to e-mails, etc, this would in turn reflect badly on OSB as customers get in touch to ask about the whereabouts of their figure. By making the decision to no longer supply the item at this point, anyone who wants to still has plenty of time to preorder it before release.
