They just both take place in between the american revolution so it's similar wouldnt it also kinda make the game sort of like a cristorpher columbus sort of thing since he traveled from england to america on a boat and met the Native Americans?

I never played assasians creed before but you can tell by the horsehair on the bow and the tomahawk and the american revolution setting that it was probablly stollen from one of the Indians from dances with wolves.

Is Dances with Wolves the only Western you've seen?
The Indians in AC3 look like the Indians in every Hollywood western ever made so the 'stolen' reference is a little bizarre.

Also Dances with Wolves was set during the US civil war, not the US revolutionary war so you're off by a century or so.....

Yes I am from Louisiana, but yea sorry if I forgot that Dances with Wolves was set in the civil war. But yea I think it was the only western I have seen unless your talking about some of the other western TV shows Also the reason im talking about the bow on his back because other than collecting action figures I also like and collect Native american bows and im not talking about the reproductions im talking about the real deal things as in the 1800's artifacts my favorite types are plains indian bows, but yea I know a lot of other things on Native Amercans and their culture but im not going to get into that, anyway this is getting off topic so PM me if you wanna talk about it because I dont want to get this topic out of control.

Hey I just got the game and noticed some changed game mechanics..

No blocking and just parrying(hold O) and counters? Can you still blend in walking crowds? Do we still have bombs? Hookblade? Anything else they added/replaced?

Nope. In sequence 6 i think it was, when french dude is pissed off and you have to look after him because he is starting fights with red coats. When i was following him i noticed a yellow poster on the wall so i went over to it. It had " dont tread on me " wrote on it with the snake from The Black album's front cover (of which dont tread on me was a song from)
