oh really?... hmm how about refunds? I mean no hard feelings or anything but what if more personal matters spark up before he even gets back to work or shipping? I would much rather take my business to other sculptors who have less problems... and why cant he publicly address this?

You have a good point. Maybe he could choose to give refunds or he could just say the same thing that others have said when they have gotten behind "sorry, I spent your money "NO REFUNDS". Ye get when ya get it.

Some of this stuff is obviously done because you sold them on eBay. Not cool, but at least everyone know they’re completed, molded, and cast.

NOT ^^^^ING COOL AT ALL! Dudes here at SSF paid months ahead of time.. some go even as far paying for a painted sculpted and deciding to just take an unpainted.... but nothing was shipped.

That is not an option. You can't have a specific refund policy, and then turn around and say you don't give them even if he has spent the money. That would be the end of the line for all his projects in my opinion.

Chris needs to do the following.

A.) Post a list of his projects in the order he plans on working on them. This proves he knows how many heads he owes and shows the people waiting where they are on that list and what to expect wait wise.

B. ) State who he has found to paint the heads Kuato is unable to do to prove the people who payed for painted heads will be able to get such things.

C. ) Adress directly, those asking for refunds, these heads were made because people here went out of there way to get a list togeather, payed up front, and now the heads they payed for, are being sold to other random people on ebay, when the original commissioners have nothing to show, and no way of communicating.


So far his responses have only hurt him further IMO, he won't adress people directly who want to communicate with him, but he does regonise praise from one member in particular? He is dodging the issue which is not a confidence builder.

I'd like to live in lollipop world where I can just pretend problems are imaginary but these very real people deserve an answer and not to be treated as if they are worthy only of some statement read by a press secretary.

can't we just threaten to banish this guy here if he doesn't show some initiative to do something other than brush us off with broken promises over and over again?.... i mean this place pretty much gave him a good reputation why cant we take it away now that he's being such a tool?

I was just emailed by Chris. He stated that the first batch of unpainted House heads was just sent. He said that a second batch will be going out tomorrow, or Monday at the latest. This is a firm timeline, and I expect him to stick to it.

I have also asked for a refund on Maximus. I will keep you updated on the status of that.

Right, similar to what I said and I think this would be good for Chris on many levels.

It would show where he is project wise and everyone waiting would see were their item is on the list. This would eliminate the constant “how about an update” posts on stuff lower down the list.

We now have absolute proof that he is claiming he mailed something. If House heads don't start showing up within the next week, we will know for a fact he lied and nobody will be able to deny this mess any longer.

Patience is the hardest part, but right now we have to take small steps to achieve our goal of getting these items or refunds.

WOW the drama. Jeez, At least give the guy a chance to make good before throwing him overboard. I'm also pretty sure Chris had a good reputation before he ever started posting here.
