I've gotta say I'll be very surprised if they do end up killing off Cap, it just seems like his arc has yet to be completed, he hasn't come full circle whereas Stark's just feels finished, I still love the character, but Cap has much more to do in my opinion.

I wouldn't like that at all, Cap as a character, still has a lot to bring to the table, yet I feel Iron Man is pretty "complete" if it makes sense.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not on the bandwagon of people who are sick of Iron Man, I think it's a badass character, but I think Captain can contribute more to the story than Iron Man from now on...

If I were Evans I would be telling them I'm interested in leaving as well. Considering the success of TWS his star has grown and is growing. Marvel will surely sweeten the pot to keep him if he plays hard to get.

Nah, they got Seb Shaw signed to a 9 picture deal with 7 left. They may like to keep him but Marvel doesn't need Evans.
But he's still got 2 more to film after AoU so there's plenty of time for things to be in flux from now til then. Marvel is well aware their phase 1 actors will phase out at some point, I'm sure there's a plan.

I think Marvel will use Stan instead of Evans eventually, and they'll use him well in his last 2 movies

Sounds like it could be alright, at least they're in Africa, that could lead to the Black Panther.
As for them not showing Ultron, hopefully this little preview is little more than a rumor, still holding out for SDCC.
