Yeah that would be ideal but I cant see it ever happening, freedom of information? :dunno

I'd also think they'd want to keep the surprise. Like if they have [spidey/x-men/ff] character featured in their next movie, people would be like "ZOMG! I didn't think they had those rights!".

I hope Marvel get the FF back, mostly because FOX is ruining that franchise, but at the same time I'm not a FF Fan

What are you talking about? The twins first appeared in X-Men as part of the original brotherhood of evil mutants.

Hm, I thought they appeared in Avengers and weren't revealed to be mutants till they appeared in X-Men.

My bad.

The problem is, the deal doesn't list individual characters, that's why you have the grey areas, it lists them as 'properties'. You can Google the sec filings and read them, they're pretty freaking muddy as to who owns what, that's why they went to court over Havok, their mutant show, etc...
I will say it looks like a big plus to Disney that Marvel hasn't been sued by Fox since they took over. :lol

well at least its not like the ApplevSamsungvGoogle wars.......if it was nothing would be made

I don't really care who falls but someone at least should fall at the hands of Ultron if not more than one person. Then they should all fall against Thanos, only for Thanos to "defeat" himself like in the comics.

It'd make sense, especially if there's any truth to the

Ultron being Jarvis rumor

I doubt Iron Man dies, he's already been signed for one or two more movies I don't remember, plus, it's Marvel's biggest money cow, I remember people saying how Cap2 would dethrone IM from being the poster boy, that clearly didn't happen.

It would be awesome if Stark died though, plot-wise, it would be such a ballsy move.

I'm sure Cap will die in the 3rd Avengers to make way for the Winter Soldier transition.

I wouldn't like that at all, Cap as a character, still has a lot to bring to the table, yet I feel Iron Man is pretty "complete" if it makes sense.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not on the bandwagon of people who are sick of Iron Man, I think it's a badass character, but I think Captain can contribute more to the story than Iron Man from now on.

Killing Cap would be exactly what GRRM would do to make fans cry :lol here you have a character that's starting to catch on and receive wide love, and then he gets a mountain to the eye sockets :lol

But Evans wants to move on and maybe even retire from acting.
