sorry to ask again.. does anyone know what tee shirt stark / Downey is wearing at the end ? it looks like a paint brush stroke across it, he also did an interview with it on. Thank you

So the mid credit scene with THanos, are we now to believe that he has the gauntlet and all he needs now are the gems? Or will we see how he gets into Odin's weapon's vault? I really hope we see how he gets it, otherwise that's really disappointing
I guess Loki could have let him in. After all he took over Asgard at the end of thor dark world.

According to Kevin Feige the one in Odin's vault is a different gauntlet, supposedly based on the fact that it's the "right" glove while Thanos is seen taking a "left" glove. Sounds more like an excuse to dodge the whole Asgard issue but eh....

If I'm not mistaken, the gauntlet that was at Odin's vault in the Thor movie was a right-handed one...the one Thanos grabbed at the AoU credit scene was a left-handed one. Probably Thanos already has an empty gauntlet...

:dunno

EDIT: beat by ronri and boylost99 :pfft:

Interesting. Well Im sure, since it's like THE weapon that everything has been leading up to, I'm sure they'll explain it at some point.

The gauntlet isn't important... It's just a glove. Could be any glove. The gauntlet holds no power on it's own.

I don't recall if it was ever explained but I thought I read somewhere in the comics that the gauntlet is special in that it can actually house the stones themselves and that it was made for that specific purpose, to hold and wield all of that power together. I could be absolutely wrong though.

Maybe. I don't recall reading anything special about the gauntlet in Infinity Gauntlet. Maybe it was mentioned elsewhere. I just remember Thanos deciding to get all the gems, then getting all the gems and then having a gauntlet for them.

I only just saw the film last night.

Did it show in one of the other movies how Loki's sceptor was taken? The film just opens with this full on action sequence and if they explained it, I missef it due to all the action lol.

I'm pretty sure it is covered in Agents of SHIELD in that it was one of the artifacts that Shield had that was taken by Hydra during the fall of Shield.

I think SHIELD had it after the events of Avengers but since Hydra had infiltrated SHIELD they were able to acquire it...which is why we see Strucker with it at the end of Cap 2

Nope. It's just safe to assume that after the battle of New York that SHIELD had it because Widow is the last person to be seen with it ijn Avengers.

I don't watch Agents of Shield, so is this a must see to get all the information?

It's not necessary but two of my favorite future Avengers are in this show. So that's the main reason I'm watching it now more than ever. ;)

We also got the first look at Inhumans and Terrigenesis as well so that was exciting. That was movie level material they put in this show. Plus seeing Sif, Maria, and Fury from time to time is always a treat. They do set up some characters and villains from the comics which is nice. And the tie ins are cool too. Turns out that Fit created the device that Fury used to dig himself under the car in TWS. Not to mention how cool it was wondering who was HYDRA or not in the show during those events.

You don't have to watch it but it's got really really cool treats if you like the MCU.

Reading that the film kicks off from the events of the show is annoying, as I can't stand the show. I've tried, I just hate it. :lol

Now, I'm going to have to marathon it to catch up and keep up to date just to stay current. :gah:
