Well, there's the back of Jeremy Remer's head. So far. Which seems to have a mohawk.

Which has lead to some fan speculation that Hawkeye will lose his entire family re comic book arc where he cuts his hair and goes on a revenge rampage.

Renner was on James Cordon a few days ago and he has his hawk-cut, he's also shown it on his instagram if people want a better look at the whole cut :)

Regarding Clint's family, I'd feel like it was a total waste if they killed them off in IW. Not only would it be like - awesome, another fridged underdeveloped female character - but also, again: so underdeveloped. If you're going to give a character a family, use them more than once. Tell us more about them. Lord knows Clint needs (and deserves) some more backstory and overall character development.

What Nomad costume are you referring to exactly? I don't recall him ever using a blacked out old cap outfit as a nomad uniform in any media.

Right, not that he did. More just a nod to the general solid dark color scheme.

Cool to get a better glimpse of the presumable Mk48 and all its crazy lines. Steve's suit has retained more of the Cap look than I had guessed; I'd wondered if they'd have him paint over the red and white stripes to inch it closer to the Nomad costume.

I think the Russos - who really know the comics - are borrowing elements from different Captain America arcs like the Nomad and the Captain. But keeping it logical re what a fugitive would either keep (old uniform) or be able to put together from "regular clothes" more or less. Tho I hafta think the spies (BW, Hawkeye) would have hidden supply stashes in multiple countries.

U.S.Agent
Steve Rogers as The Captain

New enemies came, such as Flag-Smasher and the Scourge of the Underworld. Captain America also resigns his role when the government tries to force him to work solely for them. He is forced to relinquish his shield and costume, which are turned over to John Walker, the new Captain America. Donning a black costume given to him by D-Man and a new black shield designed by Black Panther, Steve takes on the identity of "The Captain." The Captain assembles a group of heroes consisting of himself, Falcon, D-Man, Nomad (Jack Monroe), and Vagabond, with the heroes traveling across the U.S. to fight crime.

in the set pics doc strange wasnt wearing them isotoners(gloves)? right?

aaaaaaand random but Katheryn Winnick would be a perfect MCU Jane Foster Thor, Natalie can play sick Jane :rotfl

One thing about collectors, they're not gonna wait for HT:cool:....off Insta....

Someone did a MOCKUP/BASH of what a Cap fig might look like - IMO, that's the thing - tho it's early I was already thinkin' well, yeah, not sure I wanna pay a lot of money for a head sculpt, really. 'Coz I can trash a costume, no problem.

Who am I kidding - I'll be lined up like everyone. 'Coz it's Cap.:lol

In the Ultimate universe; the Ultimates were betrayed by Black Widow and Hawkeye's family ends up being killed which makes for one of the coolest scenes in the entire series. Hawkeye is captured, locked up and strapped to a chair with NOTHING around him to kill his capturers.

So what does he do?

He tears off his fingernails and flicks them at his enemies (a la paperclip by Bullseye in the old 'Daredevil' movie). Unrealistic, yes, but it was a bad-azz scene in the Ultimates and transforms Hawkeye into a character with "nothing to lose".

Yeah I knew already how it all goes down, but I still think it would be a waste if they went down that route in the mcu, simply because... What would the point be? We haven't seen enough of Laura and the kids with Clint to really feel anything as the audience towards Clint's anguish if they killed his family off, and if you aren't going to make the audience feel something..... What's the point? As a storyteller you have to develop relationships between characters so that we the audience are invested in something. If you haven't taken the time to get us invested in Clint's family, then you kill them off, our reactions will be something like "Bummer for Clint. Next scene please?"

And more to the initial point, I really haven't seen any evidence to indicate that's gonna happen. Seriously. I'm not sure how "Hawkeye has a new haircut" equates to "His wife and kids are gonna get brutally murdered in front of him."

Hell if they're trying to give him an edgy new look or whatever, that can be explained by him changing his appearance because he's a fugitive.
