Do you have a reason why it is not the flippers that cause this? To me superheroes are about doing the right thing, ie about heroism, which is to put others first, except with super powers in the service of that, hence SUPER-HEROES. To me financially taking advantage of people who like superheroes is almost like financially taking advantage of Buddhist monks, or a noble charity.

The bigger question is, why am I talking to a 12 year old?

I know which I am and I'm getting the sense of how some others are too. I don't cry because of flipping. I just see it as the litmus test of someones character who likes to flip superhero items, that's all.

Actually, only the Cap interests me at all for any price, but I don't think it's worth more than $200 to me. I like Cap, but not THAT much. I like Spidey a lot, but I don't like that rendition. I find it somewhat bland. Thor looks great, but I'm not really a Thor guy. Iron Man looks like hes playing football, and I don't like the new armor at all. I have the classic on order, however. Thanks.

No, Spidey is one of my faves, but I just don't like that rendition. I like the 60's and 70's rendition. I don't like the big eyed look. I wouldn't buy it for $10. Thor maybe $50. I'd pay a lot for a Shazam, like $400 if it was great enough, but there aren't any.

I was thinking the same thing.

Actually, I only like characters that are smart, idealistic and stylish. Spider Man fits that pretty much perfectly. Cap does well, too. Thor has sort of of a barbarian feel to me that I don't care for. Tony Stark is smart, stylish, and idealistic, so I like Iron Man, but that new armor just looks chunky to me. It just isn't as sleek as the golden avenger armor is.
