Maybe the moderator can create an "Ethics" section, or even a "No Flipping" section to the site because apparently, Blackthorone feels the need to educate everyone on the right and wrongs of how to collect toys and dolls in every thread he enters.

i think it has been sold out from SS for awhile now.........but not sure bout sub vendors.......this will turn out to b like the SIM on the after market for sure

I'm wondering if I should do the same, but I'm still not sold yet. I always worry about return policies and wait periods. If I go directly through Sideshow, I can by pass all of that. But on other hand, I've heard Alter Ego has a good reputation and cheaper prices.

yeah, they still have both version (black and IS) as well , but i knew for sure all the way i was getting him, so thats why i got him from alterego, i need all the different spidey costumes i can get from SS :emperor and i didnt want to wait for them on ebay......

I'm still holding out for a classic red and blue Spidey comiquette. I must say the black comiquette does look good though. That base is just sick looking.

I agree. The base is amazing. I'm definitely keeping this one, and more than likely with Sideshow just for QC reasons.

Bodie, what's your experience with other online retailers as opposed to ordering from Sideshow directly? I realize a lot of people do so, but I haven't really heard any "downsides" to it. If I don't get something off of Ebay, I've always went through Sideshow, but some of these other retailers are really undercutting Sideshow's prices, which has really tempted my decisions as of lately.

I like to order through Sideshow directly.. Theyre good about returns and I get it the day after they ship so Its a short Journey for the stone handed couriers..

I also like to hoard reward points...

If I order through a e-tailer Razorsedgecollectibles is the way to go IMO..
