Anyone know when bbts is shipping this?

Aug 2 email - We anticipate the remainder of our shipment to be arriving on Monday August 5th pending any further delivery delays. All of the Batmobiles we receive are new, sealed, and are shipped directly to us from our supplier.

Emailed Josh saying I'd like to just return it for a full refund rather than wait and see what SSC will offer. Says he's still waiting to hear back from them.

Anyone know what SSC makes you return the item back via? USPS/UPS/Fedex? Have yet run into a situation where I had to return something to them.

Lol thanks bud, but just was wodering if a guy who owns a Pax display owns this and thats the measurements for the box btw not the car.

^Ah right, I just thought if you had space to fit the box, you'd have more than enough space to fit the car. ;)

I got quoted 300$ for shipping by a retailer to aus, lol I shat my pants so I know it's big, I m planning to buy an Ikea Pax to display my statues, just wondering if anyone has actually been able to fit one, looking at measurements for the car I doubt it will.

^That's horse doo-doo! I am just across the pond from you and the shipping was about $100 US.

Anyway... the measurements are roughly 40 inches in length, 9-10 inches high, and 17 inches wide. That's 101x25x43cm. Not sure what the pax measurements are but I'm sure you can figger that out bro. ;)

Yeah. that is about what I was quoted from FedEx to ship it. Without the discounts major retailers get this is crazy expensive to ship.

Couldn't help but take some quick pictures before I don't have it in my possession anymore.

Freind,I hope you had a change of heart over this because this is my favourite shot of them all.

The dashboard detail on this is the finest thing I ve seen in 1/6.The legibility of the instrumentation, the writing, the fact you can see the Batmobile has covered 14,169 miles(Gotham really that big??),the crinkle finish of the dash(How is that even POSSIBLE??) the toggle switches look like they could be activated by your fingernail, the black and yellow tape looking like it actually IS 1/6 black and yellow tape.

Wo nt be for everyone what Im saying, but the dash is nt getting enough love.

:exactly::lecture Couldn't agree more. I was just staring in awe at the dash of mine lit up over the weekend. The details are just amazing. Even my wife took a look and was blown away by the levers, gauges and lights. This might be HT finest work.

Anyone run down a set of batteries yet? I'm curious how long they'll last; the lights on mine seem less bright now after I've had them on for several hours while taking photos several nights last week.
