Im not sure whats worse being told nothing or being told a date only to have that come and go with no sign of the goods

It's infuriating for me and comes accross as unprofessional. I've never had issue with OSB before as their CS is normally spot on but when the world and it's dog received their's over two months ago, so called smaller outfits like Mother's Basement are telling their customers their shipment is enroute this week and OSB say nothing, just gets me riled up. Particularly as they have a few hundred pounds of my money in the process.
When I have managed to eek a reply from them, I was told two months ago; their shipment was being loaded onto a pallet! Then 6-7 weeks back when I asked again, I was told 3-4 weeks!
Wtf! :gah:
At the very least, when/if it does touch down, I hope to god they check the condition of the pieces prior to despatch as if mine has scratches on it, they're having it right back.

I do understand, it also seems most UK vendors have not been great with any info and what has come out has been wrong

Mine should be arriving this week and my excitement level is zero. Took far too long to ship in the UK.

this weekend it was FACTS here in belgium, sort of statue/sci-fi/comics/manga convention. my retailer was there with stuff he was selling and i asked him when he'll get a new batch of the Batmobile. it should be for the first week of november. it's getting so frustrating the waiting...

I think the majority of these sellers didn't realise the size of each unit and now it's come to the crunch they must be paying through the nose shipping them over. Wouldn't be surprised if the Batmobiles are going through every city port in the world before they get to us...
Like Irvy has said, I'm literally nonplused excitement wise over its arrival. I'm more pissed off with my money sitting in someone's account and nothing to show for it.

It was $108 to ship to the UK (London) and the customs charge was approx $184

Oh my! $orry to hear that.

I'm in the US and shipping was $98. But that feeling of being charged horrendous amount for shipping, etc, goes away when you open this thing for the first time.

And I think Baggio was one the finest players this earth has ever saw btw.

What are your thoughts on that. Does that put you right off?

Yeah! That's just too much i think! It will end up being over £500 and I just cannot justify that.
I am already wrestling with what figures to sell to fund this. Space Adam, SP Iron Man, T600 w/rubber skin or Abigail Whistler.

It'd work out about the same for me. 660 euro or thereabouts which is £560 according to XE.

Never have I wrestled so much with a potential purchase, never have I changed my mind so much. I'm unsure if the fact I keep coming back here means I should just go for it or if the fact I keep thinking 'no I better not' means I really shouldn't. Its a head wrecker this one.

I'd probably go for it without further thought if I knew DX13 were going to be delayed till next year (which it is kinda looking like)
