Like I said before, this is not hard proof of anything. You didn't really post any new information. More screengrabs and more text. The game character has a character profile about the Joker? No way! Didn't Arkham Asylum have a character profile for Thomas and Martha Wayne? They technically also appeared and spoke to Bruce during that game -- through a hallucination -- but when the credits rolled, it turned out they were still dead. Nothing so far about these Joker appearances that proves that it's not a hallucination or other trick. Heck I would settle for a definitive statement from someone who has played and beat the game already that says "yep, it's not an illusion, Joker is DEFINITELY alive when the credits roll on AK". At least that way we'd have someone taking a definite, non-conjecture stand on the matter, who would either be proven right or discredited when the game is released. What I am saying is, even if I am WRONG -- even if in the end, Joker really IS alive -- none of what you posted is really proof of it yet. WB taking down video footage of their game that they didn't officially release themselves before the release date doesn't prove the final outcome one way or the other either. In fact that's pretty standard. If someone had leaked mundane footage of say, Batman beating some random thug and then talking to Oracle -- guess what WB would do? Get that video taken down too. Not because it's potentially spoilerific, because it wouldn't be.... but just because it's unauthorized.

Why are you acting like this for? Why? So touchy, and for what? Not to make this personal, but I can't think of a single conversation I've had with you, on this site, that isn't some petty squabble. It's always some BS and I'm not sure why? We have the same interests obviously. Hard proof? Where did I say in the spoiler tagged posts that it was definitive? I didn't.

Anyway, of course nothing has been confirmed officially, I've already mentioned that. We haven't played the game, so we don't know. Did I state in those posts that those spoilers were definitive? No. I simply shared them and what the original sources had described. I've just been sharing the several examples that I've found online that have been discussed elsewhere. That's it. I've made sure I've used "this is rumored"/"people are saying this" etc. when I've made these posts and have yet to say state anything conclusive. For me, the leaks have been pretty telling, but maybe none of it is real? That's certainly a possibility. I don't know, I wouldn't know, I don't have the game. I like this particular part of the hype and like to be spoiled rotten. It's fun to me to see how accurately things turn out before it's all eventually revealed. If I'm bothering you, I won't share.

My bad. I guess it's a little hard for me to accept that other people won't accept the finality of the ending of Arkham City. I get a little tired of all of the endless fan theories saying "Joker CAN'T really be dead" and "here's umpteen different ways they can bring can bring Joker back!!" and "he's been the main villian in every Arkham game even when 'they' said he wasn't (AO)!!" etc and "Guys, he's Batman's #1 enemy! He's toooo important to stay dead!!". To me, anyone looking at the latest screenshots as "see! there's a chance!" is desperately clinging to any scrap or thread to bolster the possibility -- not much different in their misplaced optimism than this guy:



I just feel like I want to remind everyone theorizing/hoping that Joker is somehow still alive that this is ONE version of Batman, it's cool if Joker is dead, he's alive in (almost) every other version, so they can chill.

But I need to chill too.

I'm just scared about IGN review. It didn't really sound like it should of been a 9.2 considering how much they critiqued. I hope they're wrong about the Arkham Knight being pretty lame, and it sounds like the tank battles were a bad addition to the game.

I have to watch some other reviews now.

Just so you all know, GameSpot got a reviewer who bitched about the women in GTA V being mocked when GTA mocks everything and when people repeatedly explained the problem with her (Carolyn Petit, one of the worst reviewers I've ever seen period) bitching over and over, they completely ignored it.

i got this guy I work with that is such a fan, he is buying every version of the game, including the ps4 console version. Now, that is hardcore......needless to say, he was bummed about the cancellation of the Batmobile edition

Really Gamespot?

I think I'm done with checking out Arkham Knight videos, news and reviews. The game's out real soon and I'm anxiously waiting for PSN to unlock that pre-load already. After that, I'll be spending weeks with the game and come up with an unbiased opinion of myself.

I'm a HUGE Batman and Arkham fan but even I won't deny the Arkham City Harley Quinn DLC was crap, and so was the initial pricing of the additional Challenge Maps of that game as well. I'm optimistic that the core game and the season pass will deliver but if by chance that it doesn't, I'll make it clear why. The 7/10 by Gamespot lacks conviction and sounds like yet another attempt to fish for views just like what they did with the GTAV and TLOU reviews.

Carolyn's a transwoman who is clearly misguided and stereotypical. In all of her reviews, she somehow finds a way to ***** about the women.
