Batman v Superman: DOA. The "hate" goes beyond anything logical at this point. People are just looking for the silliest and most irrelevant thing to complain and criticize. It has more to do with Snyder than anything else, imo. Like you said, even if it's a good movie, people will give the credit to Affleck and his writer.

:lol just another day on the internet

The lack of self awareness in this thread is obliterating. Gaspar you are right, seriously this movie is what you think it is. The next coming. All over your face. Again and again. Until you can't come up for breath, in your fanboy blindness.

B-but, t-this is no MCU movie, what are you talking about my friend? Yes I was a fanboy, I see now this movie is a failure, I mean that completely symmetrical and utterly perfect S? Pfff preposterous! Totally cheesy and cliche, I don't know what those words mean but yeah, I'm like you now, I m-mean, r-red letters r-right?

Disagreeing and standing your point is fair and just. Constantly feeling the need to laugh at, disempower, and dismiss others is actually a real sign of a personal confidence issue. Laugh with the people that hate it, agree with people that love it. No one is right, it's just a stupid movie with guys in rubber suits. This passive aggressive nonsense isn't very cool.

This paragraph contrasts perfectly with the last one, like fanboy Rorywan and sane Rorywan mirroring each other.... Are you Snyder?

Trailer may have had my single fav Batman moment ever and I have not even seen the film yet... It's the shot of him punching his way through some "cop / soldiers / bad guys " (Not when he is in his Red Son gear)

He just looks so fast and fluid it looks just like the comics brought to life... LOVE IT!!!

Marvel's guilty of the "perfect S" syndrome, as well, as I'm fairly certain they've used a few promo shots in some of their films. I really would like to see that sort of thing called Putin a movie. Superman's hovering down, all Jesus like, and he's just like "did you draw that? That's much better than I could do."

Oh yeah, in general I'd like to see Superman saying those kind of uplifting comments in times of distress, I really hope Terrio picked up on that sort of thing, but as it seems right now, it looks like BvS will be more of the outside perspective of Superman.

I'm no fanboy, I hated Green Lantern, Dark Knight Rises and Man of Steel. I'm as cynical as they come.

But this movie intrigues me, I'm . . . looking forward to seeing it. I like what I'm seeing of Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne and Batman. I like that they're bringing in Superman and there is a political and philosophical question of his existence. I like the contrast that they're playing up between the two characters and their worlds. While I disliked MoS, I like that Bruce Wayne was down on the streets and is affected by the disaster and blames Superman. I like the characterization that Bruce is "at the end of his rope" and "older and world weary". I like the little references like Joker graffiti or Robin's burned, bullet ridden suit, material that's ripe to explore in the future.

I loved Watchmen and this looks similar to that. Snyder does a great job of capturing the characters visually. He takes the panels from the comics and graphic novels and brings them to life. With Goyer gone, new writers, etc. I'm optimistic. If it ends up being crap to me, I'll be sure to point it out just like I've done about other things I don't like. Based on the two trailers, pictures and tidbits so far? I'm liking what I see. They've had plenty of time to make this good, so I can't see it being any worse than the other superhero/comic book movies. At least this looks different than all the Marvel crap that's been bombarding audiences for years. I like more than half of the Marvel movies, but they're really starting to feel like repackaged movies. Civil War is the last Marvel movie I'm looking forward to.

There are some things in this trailer that are cringe worthy like CGI Batman and Superman, some of the god awful desaturated shots and "the red capes are coming", but a ****ing spray painted "S"? C'mon, that is nitpicking and that's coming from the ultimate niggler, me.
