I'm not disappointed, I wouldn't have had it any other way, the Superman corps or whatever only works in dream sequence or a scenario where Superman is evil.

I heard the leaked script seems to be accurate to what the trailers have shown so far, I heard it on Collider Video. They confirmed that
doomsday is in the movie
which if true I'm mad it was spoiled for me! So everyone stay away from any of the scripts floating around

I heard that maybe it isn't Doomsday, but Bizarro instead, the event with General Zod or Zod's corpse itself was denominated "Black Zero", which is already cool all on itself, then the being harvested from Zod's corpse receives the denomination of "B-zero".

B-zero = Bizarro

I would love that, best Bizarro version.

But yeah, apparently the leaked plot is onto something, but I've read there are some changes since they shot various versions of scenes so information couldn't leak out accurately.

That would be preferable. Just seems way too soon to use a villain like Doomsday, especially considering he kills Superman. We've only just been introduced to this incarnation of Supes so if they kill him so soon, wow, that feels really stupid. Or they don't kill him and they've just wasted Doomsday's whole raison d'etre.

I think Doomsday might work in this film as a way to bring these heroes together, and the film is called Dawn of Justice, after all. Besides, Doomsday is crappy character with no personality, just a mindless monster whose claim to fame was that one fight that he had with Sups. Focusing a whole movie on him would be a waste of time. The only reason Doomsday was even created in the first place was to postponed Superman's wedding because the tv show was doing it so WB told DC not to do it first, so they made Doomsday instead. I do like that Bizzaro idea though.

I agree, DS is a plot device, not a character, I think they can come up with a more effective way to kill Superman if that's what they want at some point, something like the end of All-Star Superman would be better, imo it was more meaningful, the whole Death of Superman was nothing but Marketing, so, if Doomsday turned out to be a throwaway "villain", I would not be upset at all.

But I still kinda preffer the other theory about
Bizarro

If much prefer that over the alternative.

the doomsday plot deserves a movie on its own. Not a side villain to a Batman story.

Apparently DC had an Internal showing of the movie and got standing ovations. So hopefully that means its at least decent. Haha

Yep, everyone loved it. But to be fair, that happens on almost every film I've ever worked. That includes a few that bombed.

For anyone saying they know for sure what the plot and villains are is just guessing really. I worked on the film and there's a lot I don't know. Even after seeing three different early cuts so far. Becuase they had multiple scripts on set, we shot multiple versions of almost every key scene, and all the digital effects are not even done yet. Films can change a lot from end of filming to theater start dates. Editing and voice overs and and CG can completly change it. So until Zach Snyder locks the film, which is usually done just a couple weeks before premier, it's still up in the air.

Yes some people like Zach and the stars and some DC and WB people will know but most won't. Not the way films are shot and handled anymore. Ten or fifteen years ago it was different. There wasn't this much access to info for your average person so the need to be so secretive wasn't like it is now.

Anyway..my two cents, based on what I saw on set and in early cuts and dailys and what not...it's got the potential to be a fantastic movie. I really enjoyed it. One of my favorite films to work on.
