The problem with the "I thought she was with you" line for me was that it seems to repeating the mistake of Man of Steel. How many people just died in that instant, and they're cracking jokes?

But they're not really telling jokes like Tony Stark. Superman is asking him a question and Batman gives him a serious answer, it's only supposed to be funny to the audience...but not in the story. Also, we don't know that anyone died...because we haven't see the film yet :lol

Oh I forgot, I thought it was common knowledge by now.

Supposedly Bats and Supes are fighting in an abandoned place or a construction site, you can see it in the trailer, I think it's Wayne Manor.

Not related to the DD fight.

I don't know, I guess it's pretty obvious to me Batman wouldn't lure Supes into a premeditated fight with people around.

Away from the city? That's some DBZ stuff :lol

No, Gaspar is right. Batman actually lures Superman into an abandoned part of lower Gotham and has traps (turrets, bombs, etc.) and other devices set up in a warehouse along with his armored suit to take down Superman. This stuff was filmed in Detroit, it's basically a run down part of the city that doesn't have any inhabitants. You can see this area in the trailers, the skylight and stair well that Batman knocks Superman into is already broken up and rundown.

No, that is actually just all of Detroit.

^ could just be Zods symbol

_______

Just occurred to me Lex' plot is the same from Superman IV. He takes Kryptonian DNA and creates his own Super-powered puppet to take out Superman

I like how they used a fuzzy screencap.

I guess that's a backwards Superman symbol on his neck, too!

I was watching the trailer again, and the scene where The Riddler says, "If man won't kill god" and then the shot of him saying, "the devil will do it" are from two completely different scenes, because when he says, "the devil will do it" Superman is standing behind him, so that whole line makes no sense if Superman is there. So that's good to know...I guess.

Also the scene where Doomsday jumps out of the building and Batman sees him and says "oh ****" are two different scenes. ..but I still think the shot of WW saving Bats could be real, and that sucks they gave that away in the trailer.

It's pretty obvious the whole line is delivered when Superman is there, what do you mean it makes no sense? It makes perfect sense, Supes and Bats are now friends and Supes is going to go rub it in "haha your plan didn't work, we besties now". then he says "if (bat)man won't kill god...." hence Doomsderp

But how do you go from calmly saying, "If man won't kill god....THE DEVIL WILL DO IT!!!! It doesn't sound very natural, imo.
