Sorry but what a cheesefest!:rotfl :rotfl.
Double whammy cheddar of Cavill's terrible acting with added parmesan grated on top with that hilarious batman robot voice.
Then grill with some mozzarella scripting... "Do you Bleed?" ha!

The voice, what a stupid idea, you can see his mouth?!! It makes no sense to have a vocoder/electronic treatment of his voice.
In the armor.. sure no problem but out in the open air it's idiotic. :lol
:lol :lol :lol

Ah Rory, the voice of sobriety. It is hard to take this stuff serously sometimes, but I'm still looking forward to dis moofy.

Just makes me dream even more of how magnificent a Reeve / Keaton film would've been.

Ironically Reeve watches as the perfect superman in the middle.
:lol
I noticed that :lol

Like Khev, I'm OK with Cavill. But I don't love him. And I certainly don't think he's good or charismatic enough to rise above a mediocre or misguided movie. He has a great look for Superman. And with Snyder and company, I think that's the only real requirement.

Maybe batman is asking If he bleeds when he goes to the bathroom to take dumps.
Maybe batman suspects that superman has terrible hemorrhoids

:goodpost:

Super-roids! Kryptonian piles. That sounds likely, and it fits the dialogue.
(Especilly since Snyder's film output has been a recurring series of hemorrhoids, as well. :lecture)

Everyone goes crazy for everything on social media.

:exactly:
Social media is an echo-chamber . . . plain and simple.

That would've been some stunt casting for the ages . . .

When I was told about this "do you bleed" scene, the description of Superman ripping the top off of the Batmobile and telling Batman to quit sounded so much cooler in typed word descriptions than actually seeing it in that clip. Not a good sign.

It seems awkward and cheesy, like this is from the B-reels or different takes, not something we should be seeing in the final movie. I try not to judge things before seeing them, but the last trailer, the recent TV spots and this latest clip don't make it seem very promising. At the start of this I was like "oh, Batman is going to be cool", "Superman seems improved, I dig Clark Kent" and only found Lex Luthor to be odd. Now the whole thing seems weird like it's a farce.

Ugh it's even worse a second time. Cavill is so bad he's like some random youtube actor that you see in those "Who would win, Superman or Darth Vader" short films. And it's so awkward how he delivers his whole "the bat is DEAD, consider this mercy" line and then slowly turns around, slowly takes a couple awkward steps (toward the edge of the Batmobile's hood??) *just* so that Batman has enough time to conveniently say the "do you bleed" line. You'd think that with Superman's "mercy" comment he'd want to put an exclamation point on that and just boom take off like a rocket but nope, he slowly meanders toward the edge of Bruce's car just so that Batman can get the last word in a contrived "whoa" moment. Yikes. Not looking good.
