I hated that film when I first saw it. I hate the slow motion "action." It's a nice looking movie because it looks like the comic and I'll admit that King Leonadis looks cool...maybe even iconic, but I HATE that movie. In fact, the only Snyder movies I like are MOS and that zombie film he did was entertaining, but that's it. Watchmen is pretentious and kind of boring. Rorschach is super cool looking though.

Boooooooo

Foey. :lol

No chin guard in Flash's suit, WHY? Other than that it's got a nice shiny red color, I like that.

Looks like we're getting a more classic Aquaman costume, I was hoping they stayed with the Peter David design.

Batman has super tech. Aquaman is a king. Wonderwoman is a princess warrior. Green lantern is a space cop. Cyborg Is a... Cyborg

How did Flash get thank shiny armour? He's like spiderman.

Silly thing but it bothers me

Yes! No chin-strap on the flash costume! I like Aquaman's costume as well.

My prediction from best to worst

1. CA: CW

2. Dr. Strange

3. Suicide Squad

4. X Men

5. Deadpool

6. BVS

7. TMNT2

What makes you so confident in Dr. Strange? I'm not knocking it. I know absolutely nothing about the film or the character, so it wasn't on my radar, but you've got me curious!

I think Civil War and Suicide Squad are going to be the best of the year, but I'm still way more excited for BvS despite not really liking any Zack Snyder movie except for some of origin stuff in Man of Steel and Rorschach in Watchmen, because I'm too big of a Batman nut. I'm hyped for this movie more than any movie in my entire life, and I'll be even more hyped for the solo Batman movie. I also can't wait for all the aftermath Sideshow debating and conversing.:lol

Hmm. . .I would have to go, from what I expect to like most to what I expect to like least:
1) X-Men
2) Suicide Squad
3) Deadpool
4) Civil War
5) Dr. Strange (but it's the biggest unknown at this point)
6) Batman V. Superman
7) Ninja Turtles 2

I doubt I'll watch Ninja Turtles 2, though. Still haven't seen part 1.

I have come to accept that......

Deadpool sucked!

The action made it entertaining on 1st viewing.

It did not save it on the 2nd.
Wait, as much as you disliked that movie, you still watched it twice??? You truly are a masochist.
C'mon, 300 might not have the best narrative out there but it was ground breaking.

It is such a manly action movie.

Those abs, those capes, those sandles, the slow mo, the gore, that sex scene, those grunts, Leonidas's voice!

WIN!
J(o)YE. . .do you like movies about gladiators?

Hello, my name is jye and I have a problem. :lol

I agree with the khev.

I was thinking that the inclusion of Black Panther and
Giant Man
would elevate CW to most wanted for me but i'm honestly more giddy for BvS.

I am such a sucker when it comes to the Bat and his car.

The warehouse scene just solidified it for me.

I'm the same, was really pumped for Ultron but ultimately the film doesn't hold up for me and I've only seen AoU twice, first time I loved and the second I enjoyed Spader's performance still but noticed all the choppy cuts, weird editing and drunk/shaking camera man at the party which bugged me. Ant-man was great but the MCU has been soured by AoU's shortcomings for me atm.

I'm just looking forward to seeing new and different comic book characters and stories. Batman looks amazing so far and I've wanted a Flash movie for a long time as he's always been just behind Batman in my list of favourite DC characters. I can't wait for those two to meet on screen.

Some sites are saying that the black muscle suit could be painted green for Green Lantern.

Looks like the flash suit to me a bit but unpainted. Could be anyone tho, GL would be great.

I think Marvel has a pretty good track record with first films

Iron Man
Thor
Cap: TFA
The Avengers
GOTG
Ant Man

Also, Dr. Strange is a pretty interesting character with very interesting powers, and I think the film has the potential to be very creative and different from any of the other super hero films, not just the MCU movies.

Will BvS be able to convert the MOS haters!

Soon we will know.

Only Batman has that kind of power. :lol

:hi5:

Don't, skip part one and just watch TMNT 2 if you're a fan of the 80's cartoon.

It's often said that a movie needs to do double it's budget at the box office in order to be profitable, is that still the case for a movie that cost over $400 million dollars?

I know that even if BVS is mediocre, it'll still likely make $1B worldwide, but what if, even after all the time and money spent, what if it's so terrible that it actually drives much of the audience away and loses money for the studio? Could something like that severely damage WB and future prospects for DC films?

Batman was my favorite of the comic book superheroes growing up, and I liked the Reeves Superman film, but I'm in the camp that is not impressed with what i have seen of the movie so far. Furthermore I find it absolutely jaw dropping that WB would entrust $400+ million and their entire superhero future plans on Snyder.
Snyder is fine if all you care about is a pretty picture, but I think he is out of his depth here.

Well, Amazing Spider-Man 2 made a crapload of money. Over $700,000,000 worldwide. But it was still considered a disappointment and led to a reboot and Sony essentially groveling hat in hand to Marvel for Feige to take over things. So, yeah. . .when the investment is high, expectations are much higher.
