Then DON'T. You went on and on about TFA doing so well because of marketing and it merely being an event that many of the viewers don't even really care about, like the Super Bowl.

Why contribute money to something you think will be bad, at least wait til reviews come out or you get the opinion of someone you know who likes it.

Sheesh! No wonder crap like Transformers makes so much money, people just go for the sake of following the other lemmings.

Marketing is terrible for this.

You contradict yourself. You say wait till opinions/reviews come out.... then complain about people following others. Going off of reviews is following other people. So, I'm not sure what you are trying to say.....

I don't go off of reviews or others opinions. I will see for myself how bad this is.

:lol I won't see it opening weekend unless someone like you post it's amazing. If they convert you, I'll know it's worth a shot.

I shall never fall to the dark side.
That Batman warehouse fight looks like it's worth the price of admission alone!

I spend that much visiting stupid Starbucks in one visit, why not on Batman fighting Superman.

I can play that fight in Batman: Arkham Knight from my couch on the Xbox One.

WWEJedi... Waiting for reviews is a lot different than just following the crowds into theaters on opening weekend. If I'm unsure, I look at a large number of reviews to try and get a bigger picture on the general consensus, or I ask a friend who has similar taste as I do.

If you will judge every movie for yourself, then you will be wasting a lot of money and sending the message to the studios you will see any piece of crap they make.

You still are following a crowd though. It just shows the studios that your opinion can be bought by paying off a few critics/reviewers. To me, its like buying a car based off reviews. Drive it for yourself, see how you like it. I only see movies that I have any amount of interest in. I like Batman. This is a Batman movie. I will see it regardless. Maybe I will actually like it.

Your logic is impenetrable. :lol
