It will be critic proof, we fanboys can't help but talk the way we do amongst each other. The only way critics can affect the outcome is if there is a unanimous outcry of suckiness aimed toward this movie. WB had invested too much time and money to release a BvS film that's critically panned the same as an Adam Sandler movie.

if i was WB i would be bribing critics as early as now :lol

Lol. The critics that can be bought are those who give positive reviews to Wayans and Sandler movies. There's always some critic that no matter how bad a movie is he or she manages to get their name on the ad with a blurb saying "you'll have a blast" or something stupid like that.

im saying wb should be getting the more respectable ones

Oh, I can guarantee two "respectable" critics will give gushing reviews. Scott Mantz on Access Hollywood who loves every super hero movie, and Peter Travers of Rolling Stone magazine. I'd bet a million dollars they'll give this positive reviews even if it gets a lot of negative ones.

So I'm late to the whole Doritos thing. You have to buy special packs of Doritos from Walmart to get a code to enter on DC comics website so you can read a prequel comic that is meant to be a promotion for the upcoming movie? Did I get that right?

apologies if this has already been posted and discussed
but how would you guys feel if they went back and did a batman in the 40s type film at some point ,
saw this and thought it had great potential ,i guess the baldwin boat has well and truly sailed by now but he would have been great for it around the time he shot the shadow ,maybe the best visualization of the comic book joker ive seen so far ,batmans no slouch either lol

Absolutely! I would be way more excited for it than BvS (and if anyone's followed my posts, I'm super stoked for BvS) because then we'd get a comic book Batman and a Batman movie that wouldn't have to rely on CGI.
I loved the clip they released for Batman's 75th anniversary:

I'm all for giving her a chance, trying to put aside her thin appearance and acting qualifications and instead focus on her good face and voice.

But.....like 16k said.....

Was all the negativity she brought to the project worth it for WB to go with her.

I wondered the same about hiring Snyder.
