I think it would be a bad idea for WB/DC to reboot everything. Maybe "James Bond out" Superman to another actor but keep continuity with Affleck and Gadot, especially if they're so well represented.

If Suicide Squad is well received, they'll probably just make Batman movies from here on out.

Seems like this the bubble popping from the super hero hype and it's about damn time.

I don't think so. People have been eyeing this movie since day 1. Since that logo came on the screen at comic con people began to find what to hate.

Well said FSLAR.

No opinion in here or anywhere will get me angry, for starters my self self esteem is too solid for internet comments to get me worked up, i'm not a kid and I enjoy reading and sharing opinions with others hence me being here in the first place.

Negative reviews don't bother me, when i've made up my mind that i'm seeing a movie nothing will change that.

That being said, I like to challenge my own opinion with opinions from other like minded geeks.

Besides, its fun stirring the ****. :lol

Why get rid of Cavill though? The word is he's good too, the word is also that Snyder can't tell a story.

If they're trying to reboot at some level, I'd say just reboot the whole thing, everything.

Ugh... Isn't that the truth.

I think most of the hate is justified though. :dunno

Bad CGI, Lex Luthor, what we have seen from MoS, Snyder making this..... all are real negative points that hold some validity.

Considering the likes of 90s Batman films and Nolan, this would make the most sense and would be predictable.

Why thank you jye. That is how I feel at times, not just movies but other things. Depends but yeah.

That said I can imagine everyone getting worked up and ending up like this

:lol at least...specific people... :monkey3

I saw it and left the movie wanting to punch A puppy . Just a bad bad movie that I can't believe Zach Snyder still gets allowed to do blockbusters

Yea I understand lex Luthor. What a stupid choice from the jump. We are never going to get a menacing and serious lex Luthor in the movies. I don't know why they choose to go goofy kid who is mad at superman.

I think the common issues - Lex Luthor and Wonder Woman mostly - that never seemed to have any hopes of being fixed or any good, are proving true. From trailers I didn't get a convincing vibe from either, especially Jesse Eisenberg. It's like he's still trolling people on Facebook, just in person :lol I had hopes for Wonder Woman, I doubt she'll be that bad so I'm reserving some judgement. But most of my older family members, who actually went and saw the Reeve movies when they first played in theaters, just hated the idea of Eisenberg as Luthor. We all liked him in Zombieland and The Social Network, but saw this as horrible miscasting.
I saw it and left the moving wanting to punch A puppy . Just a bad bad movie
How...how can you want to punch a puppy?!!? Punch some kid down the road who's crying up a storm for no reason, not a puppy! :monkey2

I do think it would be kind of hilarious if The Russos wound up being the new Favreau, and all these fanboys expecting Civil War to wash the bad taste out of their mouths wound up watching a colossal suck show. I'd be sad, because TWS was probably my favorite Marvel movie of all time, but there's a small, dark, impish part of me that would probably gain some satisfaction from watching the particularly smug fanboys drown in their salty tears.

Careful now..CW is golden- just ask all these guys who haven't even seen it yet :lol

Honest to God, yeah. I really don't trust crowds with comic book movies these days. I saw so many friends hype up Thor, go in to see it, and come out all 'ehhh...' and try to hide their disappointment :lol repeat with The Dark World. Poser nerds, most of them.

I remember seeing so many people on Facebook express shock at The Winter Soldier reveal too. Course, nothing beats the R rating complaints from parents about Deadpool :rotfl
:hi5: :lecture :lol :duff
