Heard you're out in Ireland. That explains why you would think corruption in the Press is an impossible notion.

I guess you mis-directed that post, and it was intended for me?
Mods, this is highly offensive to me as an Irish man, or any other Irish person. Please deal with accordingly?

I mean is this what this place has come to now? Racist verbal attacks on entire countries over a stupid ****ing superhero movie. These idiots need to go.

Thanks.
Rory

Did you fly up into the sky after typing that?
The Dr. Strange equivalent.

To be fair, the Irish are probably the most impervious to being offended by everything. How else do you explain how things like Lucky Charms and people dressing up as Irish stereotypes on St. Paddy's Day are still around during today's climate of Everyone Is Bumhurt? We don't give a toss. :lol

That said, I don't see how any of this has anything to do with many online critics being overly harsh on this movie. And I've never believed they're "paid off" by Disney. That's silly. They just have their own agendas and own built-in distaste for what Zack is doing with these movie, which I think is pretty clear and doesn't require a "tin foil hat" to see.

Well said. Now pour yourself another Guinness fella! ;) :duff :D

New Behind-the-Scenes image from Clay. Can't get that expensive IMAX camera wet. :lol

Poor Henry's getting soaked, whereas Affleck's nice and warm in his kick-*** Bat-Suit. Then again, such costumes are very hard to breathe in from what I know, so I guess both have a certain "flaw" in their get-up. Still, it's nice to see that the Armour was a real, well, armour, and not all CGI.

Agreed about Batman, though not in robot suit. I still like the aesthetic of Reeve Superman more, though. But of course, Cavill nails modern Superman.

On the whole, it seems like any critiques toward costume design have been very muted toward this film, revolving around color tones, lack of red undies, overly shiny suits and the like.

I still hate the color tone of Superman's costume. Too dark.
