Reeves wouldve rocked it with this suit.
Indeed.

So Fast and Furious is now superior to BvS and the previously loathed AOU is now the beacon BvS should've followed into greatness.

If this was MOS, ok then. :lol

Mos had a more coherent story.
Mos had a more coherent villain,
Mos ending had better flow.
Mos didn't have unnecessary characters or unnecessary plots that served no purpose.
Everything in mos had a reason to be or a reason to happen.
Mos has a very straightforward story to tell.

U say u wont apologize for mos hate because of batman in this making it better , but zod was equally awesome and badass and mos had faora which was cooler than lois, wonder womans final entrance with doomsday was cool but I think faora was much cooler and had better fights.

Mos wasn't as dark as this either.

About fast and furious, u guys were the ones talking about what success means and u measure success and stuff..... U guys were the ones bringing up the fact not reaching a billion is still a success, and that the rotten score doesn't matter and how not even fan scores matter...

Yet technically fast and furious was successful in all fields

Meh, who cares about all that when the movie is boring.

BvS wasn't boring for me so I am forgiving if it lacks those items compared to other movies.

Being entertained is part of it, so go ahead and enjoy your F&F movies if they do that for you. :lol

Meh. This thread has officially plateaued. It's the same arguments over and over, but now with the added layer of Fast & Furious poop... for some reason. :lol

I enjoyed the 'event' of seeing Batman and Superman on screen together. I think it was a poor movie though. There is so much in this movie that could be awesome if they did not rush through it. Snyder never let Superman actually become Superman so killing him at the end was so underwhelming. I am supposed to feel the gravity of this loss if done right. It was done wrong. Doomsday should not have even been in the movie. He is such a pivotal character in Superman's story yet they treated him like Venom in Spidey 3. I thought the actual Batman v Superman fight was weak. The thought going into the movie was 'How can Batman possibly beat Superman?' I thought they would be original because Kryptonite is too easy right? Maybe Batman would create a red sun bomb to zap Superman's power. Nope.. Superman is going to walk into the same trap twice like a dumb a** and get hit with Kryptonite grenades. Not like he can't move fast enough to get out of the way.. Especially the second time. The Batman dream sequence fight in the desert looked terrible to me. My wife commented during the fight that it looked fake. I agree. This could have been SO GOOD! It's freaking Batman and Superman. Those are the only two that you need in this movie. Batman fighting crime.. Superman saving people. Clark Kent investigating the Bat vigilante.. Bruce Wayne investigating the Alien God. One of them discovering the identity of the other and then playing off of that. Maybe it's time for DC to take their properties back as well.

The beginning action scene with Zod in MoS was unnecessary.
Kevin Costner was terrible as Pa Kent (acting and script were horrendous).
It did have unnecessary characters. What were the names of the other people in Zod's group, other than Faora?
Everything had a reason? Lois Lane every place she shouldnt be.
MoS is dark. Pa Kent tells young Clark that he probably should have let those kids he saved die. lol
No Unnecessary plots? Crab Fisherman and Waiter plot. Wasted time and served no real purpose.

OK, back to the movie then. During the Doomsday fight my brain checked out for a minute. How did the spear end up underwater?

That was when Batman threw it.

Later it also clanks when Lois tosses it away from Superman after he retrieves it from the water.
OK, thanks. I probably missed that part because had to check my phone for a second.

Just for the record, this movie started out really strong for me and for the most part it's the best looking CBM I've ever seen. That's coming from a hater.

That was when Batman threw it after the "Martha" revelation.

Later it also clanks when Lois tosses it away from Superman after he retrieves it from the water.

Superman: Lois, I'm going to take this spear and stab Poopsday with it and get myself killed.
Lois: Why dont you just let the lady use her sword? She did cut off his hand with it.
Superman: NO... I gotta do this so I can be resurrected.
Lois: Fine, whatever.

Couldn't have said better.
This more or less reflects my own criticisms toward both films. As a lifelong Superman fan, it's been tough seeing him treated this way. I hated it with Man of Steel, and BVS didn't exactly change my opinion. And it doesn't seem to really resonate with critics or audiences (based on the steep decline in attendance after opening weekend and pretty average viewer scores in relation to other movies) all that much. But it is what it is. At least we get a nice Batman suit and fights.
