Actually, Doomsday can't be classified as a clone. A clone would have to have the same exact genetic material in all of his cells, whereas Doomsday is birthed by the merging of at least two different "genomes" for a lack of a better term (I mean, who knows how the birth chamber works). If anything, you can call him either the product of the "mating" between Lex and Zod, or Zod himself being mutated. But a "clone"? I don't think so.

Yes, yes, Mr. Green is so wrong. The Universe is now so in trouble. It was a clone of sort of both Zod and Lex, and in the worst possible combination! Bad Mr. Green.

Yeah, but you can't call it a "clone". It was either a "new" being, or a mutated Zod. But you can't call it a clone in the way we call Ben Reilly one.

It's not canon though. Canon is what is set in the current, line-wide continuity. It's canon in the particular AU, but it's not in either of the "major" DC universes. Same thing with TDKR or Earth X for example.

It's printed comics isn't it? The point is there are various possibility. Heck, new JL printed forever evil. Like how many times they have various alternate universe?

Again, "canon" is defined by the line-wide Universe. Batman 66 is still being published, but it's not in-line with the main Batman title. Age of Apocalypse took over the X-Books for a while, but it's still being treated as an AU. "The Future" from Millar's F4 is still an AU, so it doesn't mean that Banner will 100% get married and wave Hulk Jr. These things are called AUs because they feature OOC moments, so the writers can get away with writting a different story but not "damaging" the character.

If AUs were canon, then we'd have Spider-Man killing people with his radioactive ***** and sperm, Batman being a Vampire and Superman being the "son" of Darkseid. They're canon in their own, little, contained universes and timelines, but they do not impact the characterization of the "prime" characters.

Whut evah. Superman killed Zod and Doomsday. He killed Doomsday in the comics too. He could easily be manipulated, in the future, to the dark side. Good thing the Batman is there to teach him a lesson.

I'm actually thinking it was a missed opportunity that batman didn't have an opinion on zod and the murder.

Don't know what this Bruce Wayne would have thought about that. ( unless he did but I don't remember)

Maybe feel happy the other alien was killed or maybe feel MORE fear because that implies superman is the most powerful being. Capable of killing even his own kind.

He probably was fine with it. I mean it wasn't like Superman gunned Zod down with a minigun......oh nevermind.

I wish we knew if he felt relieved or since he wouldn't know zods plan, would Bruce be afraid of how much more powerful supes is

However powerful he is, this Sup was saved by 2 women, Lois and Martha, lol; or is it 2 Martha, lol. This is why BvS is so awesome with the two conflicting personality. One is just about all powerful and slightly arrogant. The other is the best a human can be, in human terms.

Superman killed zod TWICE!
THINK about that... Killed the same guy TWO times...
And, if he didn't kill zod. If he found some way to capture him without killing him, doomsday would have never been created

I know it seems impossible, but maybe cover his eyes with his hand or something.

In fact, lex would have never gone in the ship or anything. Lex soul bot have been able to do what he did.

If u think about it, the moment superman broke zods neck, he killed himself.

Pretty interesting

WB must've taken that idea from an unused scene from Brian Singer's Superman movie. :lol

More good thematic and ideological breakdown analysis, not bad crows mask.

I can be serious too, I tried making some questions before but she gaspar and some of the others said questions about this movie were retarded then the jokes started.
It was all gaspars fault :lol

I also enjoyed reading your sexism at cons post in the SS thread. :lol

Try not to stress too much about not liking BVS one day you and the others who hated it will see the light lol.

Look at DiFabio, he's already coming around on it.

But what if Singer just meant to show that, if we set aside our differences and break down such silly boundaries as "necrophillia", we can achieve greatness? I mean, the perfect killing machine was birthed by the love between a crazy guy and an alien corpse. That's beautiful if you ask me...

I hope u read the serious respose I wrote to larja too!

Besides by feminist standards, EVERYTHING is sexist, including THIS movie. (wonder woman's screen time was sexist, lois' shower scene was sexist. Zack Snyder is sexist) everything is sexist.
