It's actually the other way around, I justify my points, you throw half thought flashy claims that can be very easily refuted, I rarely call out opinions anymore, I rather try to refute factually wrong statements like "Hopeman was irresponsible crashing through the buildings" with the likes of "He didn't crash, Zod threw him" That's no excuse, that's a justification, most of what you post has zero ground to begin with.

Faora never took off her breather, and when she did and got a missile to the face she got KOd, Nam-Ek never took his breather off at all, and Zod was obvious pain when he did, and later he clearly stated he trained a lifetime to master his senses, sloppy? I think not.
And how does the fact that they can't breathe our air have to do with their physical capabilities as in fighting? They come from krypton which has I don't remember how much more mass than earth and has a red sun, just by being on earth they're gonna be immediately faster and stronger, a physical match for Supes.... I can't believe I have to explain this to you.

You're not making any sense, it's not a random human vs Zod, it's Superman vs Zod, which puts them in equal ground, if a random person can snap the neck of another random person, how the hell does it not make sense that a kryptonian can snap the neck of another kryptonian?
