Did anyone play the game on Hard difficulty right off the bat? Man, the Big Sister battles are tough. Her melée attack pretty much destroys my life bar in one hit, almost killing me. Maybe I shoulda played through on Normal first....nah, this is more fulfilling. :lol

I'm not sure how I feel about the game versus the first one just yet. It doesn't disappoint though, generally.

Does anyone know what the door code is or where to find it on the level before the last one? It is the level with the guy in the booth and you have to take care of the three little sisters before he grants you access to the train. I can't find it and it's pissing me off.

I think theres two levels to go after that, Your talking about Lamb's ex-husband right?

Once you get all the sisters the door to the booth will be opened for you by either Sinclair or Eleanor, can't remember who. But before you make your choice, listen to the vox-box in the room with him.

So I just ordered the Little/Big Sis 2-pack on ebay, for retail price + cheapest shipping possible. $26 total, not terrible. Some of them are going for over $30 at auction + another $8-10 for shipping.

Still want to pick up a Delta, Eve Hypo (which are now out as well), and the Bigg Daddy plush doll. Does anyone know when the Rosie figure is due out?

I hope they make a Brute Splicer and Spider Splicer as well, the Lady Smith is kinda cool, but the Spider would have been alot creepier.

No not that door. This door is at the top of the map. It has the four digit password thing on the side of it. Inside is a taperecorder that I cant get too and I can't find the combination. But that is the correct level.

The game froze up on me and I hadn't saved for about an hour and a half last night. I was raging for a while after that one. As an aside, did the splicer respawn in Bioshock 1? I don't think they did and I wish they'd kept it like that (especially since a splicer with a machine gun can take a significant chunk of life out if you don't notice them first).

Completed this in 3 sittings. Was good
fun but it seemed so watered down. First one had more plasmid based puzzles, bigger environments, better more indepth upgrades and a much better twisting story. I'm a bit dissapointed

Is it also where a Power to the People machine is? Did you get the Vox-Box from little Billy the kid who has a crush on one of the little sisters. He leaves her a gift in that room and the recording has the code. In where the PttP machine is, there is also a recording from Andrew Ryan.

I did. The ____ is frustrating at times too. Especially when gathering Adam and fighting the Daddies/Sisters.

Nope that must be what I'm missing. So I have to find a little kid? Hmmm I will have to look again.

No just go where that locked room is with the PttP machine, turn around walk into the bigger main room. Go up the steps in that main room, at the top of the steps, instead of going through the door, look down the other side where the steps are collapsed and you'll see right there the Vox-Box and some other supplies, just listen to Billy's tape and at the end he'll give you the code.

Awesome! Thanks!

Hmmm? Now see, I felt just the opposite. I thought this one was better than the first with bigger, more complex maps and the story in this one got me more "emotionally" involved with some great little twists to it. The plasmids and upgrades seem about the same to me, but there are a lot more tonics in this one. Just my two cents...

I went to Micheal's yesterday and got some pretty nice 11x14 frames for $5.99 a piece. I also got an album frame for $12.99. I'm trying to get a nice album frame where you can display both the record and the jacket. Micheal's have one but it's cheap looking. I'm gonna track one down that looks like the kind they present to recording artists when their albums go platinum.

I agree. I found the story more engaging than the orginal's. It was much more difficult to harvest the little sisters compared to the original as well. The plasmid upgrades add quite a bit to the possibilities in using them. I particularly like decoy 3. There were less opportunities to use plasmids to solve puzzles and get into places though. The drill is more fun than the wrench anyways.

Yeah, I'm constantly going through my Eve hypo and med kit reserves. That's really all I spend my money on. Fortunately, I've been using my drill tackle move a lot and it's saving me from going through my ammo too fast. I find that using that attack kills most splicer types in one hit (the exception being the Brutes). It also uses minimal fuel. Much much less than holding down the drill button.

It's great being back in Rapture but it doesn't have the impact of the first.

I kinda think that Rapture should be in greater disrepair than it's current state in Bioshock 2. Less splicers, almost like a ghost town...but somehow these people are still surviving down there after all these years.

I think Bioshock 3 needs to take us to the beginning, that fateful night on new years eve, when everything started to go wrong. It's a prequel but a genius idea...It would definitely help to switch things up and almost rescuing Rapture before it is fully lost

Totally agree! This is really one of the better games I've ever played. A top 10-15 game for sure.
