Finished my 2nd playthrough, 1999 mode. Holy ****, god be with those who try. :lol Took 2 full days longer than hard, played about the same amount each day and explored only a bit more. Found probably 2-3 areas I had missed. Got all the eavesdroppers achievements, some interesting story I had missed. I feel like this time was way more enjoyable since I knew how to properly use my vigors and I really mastered the sky-hook combat. Murder of Crows and Bucking Bronco are amazing and being more relaxed it's easier to take in all the story. Beautiful game. I think I also wound up with something like just shy of 600 screencaps on Steam. Probably more pics than I've taken my entire real life.

The last one sold for $1,400. :slap

The scary thing is I'm probably still going to bid on this one.

But Neca really should do a few bottles. Murder of Crows, Possession, Devil's Kiss, and Bucking Bronco would look cool on a shelf.

Yeah, I'd definitely get a full set. No question.

Can't wait for the Partriot they're doing, too. The pics from Toy Fair looked badass.

Just finished.
Ending wasn't too hard for me. RPG'ed the crap out of everything and used "it" effectively.

Game blew my mind. I love detailed and complex storylines and twists.
Though provoking, makes you think, wonder, think about it a bit after you are done. etc

I'll take this over the usual COD games out every year any day.
This killed Crysis 3...the game I started before this one. This game is good, I don't even want to go and finish Crysis 3 now lol No feeling at all in the game after this lol

I loved the visit to Rapture, tying things all together, the talk about Lighthouses and there is always a lighthouse. I loved using songbird as our ally in the end.

Also, the title makes complete sense after you play it.

"Constants and variables. Infinite combinations and possibilities..."

I love this quantum stuff. :rock

It's kinda funny, I remember seeing that pic from Toy Fair, and I thought "That looks ridiculous" now I've finished the game and I'm like "I WANT IT!!!" Hopefully, Liz and the Boy do well and we can get to Booker and the Patriot, but. . . I don't have high hopes. I know NECA was asking for Want Lists on Twitter a few days ago, but I just couldn't think of anything figures I would pay $18 for. Most of that is because I'm not a small plastic figure collector, but even still, past Liz, Booker and the George Patriot, maybe a Lincoln Patriot would be fun, but I wouldn't want Columbia police of Vox soldiers or any of those other characters. Maybe the Alt Liz's would be fun to see.

The patriot, if I'm not mistaken, is a deluxe size figure and is going to be more than $18. I hope it talks, "WE HOLD THESE THRUTHS TO BE SELF-EVIDENT!" :lol

As for regular size figures, as cool as alot of the designs are the only others I want are :

Booker, a Crow(the guys that morph and carry a coffin), a Deluxe Handyman like the Patriot, and another version of Elizabeth in her white blouse and pants.

Okay yeah, that would be cool. But to be honest, I don't even know what those guys really look like as any time there were in human form I was blasting at them so fast all I could see was muzzle flash. :lol

A Handyman would be cool, but it seems like he'd be really big, like 12 inch figure sized, and to pack in all that articulation, I just think he'd be really expensive, like too expensive for NECA to tool up. I know they've done huge figures before, like 1/4 and such, but I just don't see them doing a Handyman type thing. There's a big difference between a 1/4 scale Captain America and a giant random bad guy from a FPS, sales and popularity wise.

If the Boys of Silence can get a figure, I don't see why the Handyman can't though. They do alot of obscure video game figurs and Neca does do larger items, box sets, diorama pieces etc so I don't think it's out of the question. A Songbird maybe too large though, unless they make it like one of their 1/4 scale figures and charge closer to $80 for it.

We actually got a pretty decent amount of items out of Bioshock 1 and 2 from them though. Figures, props, boxsets, plushes..

I still have multiple play throughs for the regular story line but do we have an eta on the first dlc?

I don't think so.

I think it would be cool if you played in the alternate universes in the DLC,
like where Booker leads the Vox and dies with Slate and you could play as almost a sort of bad guy, helping Fitzroy collect her scalps.

Btw have you guys found any differances in the choices you make to the overall story in any way

Like throwing the baseball, drawing at the ticket counter, killing slate etc? The only thing I noticed was Elizabeth seemed a bit less friendly and had a slightly differant look on her face for a bit after I killed Slate on my 2nd playthrough.

Yeah the only thing I noticed so far was how after I took out Slate, Elizabeth didn't really care.

The only thing I noticed that was different so far for me was

When I chose to ask for assistance instead of pulling my gun. If you ask for assistance, you get a knife through the hand and have a bandage for the rest of the game. I thought that was a nice touch.

When was that? I don't remember it.

I'm looking forward to grabbing the soundtrack. I love the song when you first arrive in Columbia, in the water shrine

/ the same song during the baptism scene at the end

I could listen to that on loop for hours.

Leaving Battleship Bay a woman asks Liz if shes "Anna Belle?" She turns out to be a cop, part of a team that surrounds you at the station. It reminds me of that scene from The Untouchables. You can totally feel the ambush coming, it's great.

The guy at the ticket counter on the phone gives a choice, pull your gun and start shooting, but if you just demand his attention instead he puts a knife in your hand and pins you to the counter like in From Dusk Til Dawn. You're then scarred and bandaged the rest of the game.

If you draw first Elizabeth has a harder time justifying it, if you don't she sees you got hurt defending her and is a bit more sympathetic and wraps your wound.

Thanks for that. I remember now.
I've always drawn my gun because I knew the **** was about to hit the fan...plus as Booker says, if you don't draw first, you may not be able to draw at all.
