On my third playthrough. Currently playing 1999 mode and i'm loving it. It feels like this was how the game was meant to be played, AI is ruthless and smart. I havent replayed a single player game this much since Metal Gear Solid 3.

No explanation that I know of and it's such a glaring flaw, I'm really surprised they didn't try harder to disguise the same models somehow. I guess they didn't think people would stop and look at the citizens of Columbia heh.

It's not that big of a deal, it would have been nice to have more variation but for what the game is I can live with it.

Went ahead and ordered the art book as well as the two Neca figures available (Elizabeth and Boy of Silence).

I'm not a huge Neca fan - but it's probably they only way to get any type of figures from this game (besides custom work). I really hope Neca puts out more as there are several other characters I would like to get...as well as some of those vigor bottles.

I would love to see some Neca Vigor bottles. Not a huge fan of the sky-hook replica but a murder of crows and Devils kiss I would buy.
The ultimate Songbird statue is impressive too, poor phone pic of the guy.

I avoided this thread since release until I completed the game. Fantastic story and fantastic visuals. Easily GOTY worthy! My go to vigors were Possession and Shock Jockey maxed out. Go to weapons where Sniper Rifle and RPG maxed out. I used the Sky Hook melee quite a bit with the 3x striking distance and 50% chance the victim catches fire outfit. Best thing about this game though was Elizabeth! Also, the guitar scene was nice and made me happy.

One thing for besides all the good things about this game that tells me it's a good game is....... The time you put in playing saying that you're going to stop and hours later you finally do stop.

My main problem was with him listing Gears of War. Because that's one of the most bland VG stories of all time...

Maria form Gears 2 and Dom from Gears 3 were some of the more emotional moments from any game series. That doesn't happen if the story is bland.

All in all I just really loved this game. I can't wait to jump on 1999 mode this weekend and stress myself out.

That's an added deadliness of autosave for Infinite. "I'll just play until the next autosave. Okay, the next one. The NEXT autosave, I'll stop..."

My plan was 1999 mode next but I'm not sure if I should just do Easy first to whore all the achievements before completing 1999 for the final 2.

I had thought about doing that but I know I can pick things up after. If the 1999 mode is that tough I want to be beat it next.

I did my first playthrough on hard. I'm doing my current on medium, to just casually enjoy the world more, and get the non-99 achievements.

I kind of wish I went right from hard into 99, since that would have been the more logical progression in difficulty.

Just finished my first play through.... remarkable! The world of bioshock is just stunning and creative. Would love to see some 1/4-1/5 SS statues based off the series.
