Yawn to all of this. I read spoilers because I've just run out of enthusiasm for this. I'm even pondering waiting for the free viewing on Disney+... All of that resonated in a big old "who cares" from me.

Why not just give us Tony Masters from the start? And no bollocks of it being tech, just give us his ridiculous photographic reflexes.
They wouldn't even have to kill him, he's the perfect recurring villain, able to adapt every time he shows back up.
This is just another Mandarin, where we have to wait years to see the version of the character we wanted to see in the first place.

I haven't actually read any reviews yet, but from reading the spoilers posted here now I just have more reason to not want to watch this movie...

The continued emasculation of comic book characters brought to screen..

It's bad enough completely changing the character and gender swapping, but let's also change their skillset. So, they assume the audience can believe Hawkeye for some unknown reason can hit every target perfectly nearly every time, without even looking, yet Taskmaster's photographic reflexes is too unbelievable.
Thus we will explain it as being possible through the use of tech... Not like I am a big Taskmaster fan, but why the need to change so much crap. So I guess in theory, anyone can do it.

The review embargo lifted today, so "official" reviews are starting to roll out.

Well, don't plan on reading reviews, this film dragged on for so long I keep forgetting it's being released. It looks like fun. Should've been done and put out before CW; and I'd rather have had Bucky shooting her and Hawkey flashback - than some BS about trotting back to Russia or whatever is going on.

But, whatever. Nothing will suck IMO as much as FWS did.

I'll be planted on the sofa with some Doritos celebrating being a basement dweller
