I'm with you on that part but it was enough so for me even after watching the Avengers movie that I just can't pull the trigger on getting her.

for some reason after watching the Avengers, it made it a little easier for me to cancel my order and eat the NRD; just didn't find her as attractive as I thought I did prior

Any of you ever buy a PF that was based off a real actress? Is it safe to assume that SSC will not screw up on the paint app with this statue?

it's already sold out more than a week and idd about time she sold out , i would have preferred a black widow with shorter hair from the avengers movie but i don't see them producing that the next couple of years

A wise decision. PFs are WAY nicer than 1/6 figures plus the ScarJo likeness on this PF is outstanding!

I think anyone that does not like to play with toys and appreciate's real artwork and realism prefers PFs to 1/6 action figure toys. The trouble is like this thread has said, sideshow has poor QC and bad paint jobs compared to toy companies like hot toys.

Someone said in a thread on here that they wish Trevor would go to hot toys and I replied back that would be terrible because he would making nothing but toys and no real adult collectibles like PFs.

That caused up a major storm and everyone was trying to convince me that 1/6th action figures are as good or better than PFs by telling me stories and showing me their pictures of their figures. I admitted to them that their figures were better than PFs because they had better paint jobs but I just think PFs are more adult orientated. This is because the material they used to make PFs is resin or polystone or a higher grade of material than plastic or PVC that hot toys makes.

Nevertheless, unfortunately I do agree the best collectibles for adults overall right now are hot toys because they have the best paint jobs and likeness overall. Having a really bad paint job like we saw with rogue can make an item look worthless, regardless of the great sculpt and fine material used to make it.
