There are a couple of Bond villains on Ebay. Here's another one:

And I've not yet seen the film, but this is the villain Stromberg from The Spy Who Loved Me:

Spenser, I apologize if this has been addressed, but do you guys ever consider selling custom clothing, or is that just too time-consuming?

I've seen those on ebay many times, but thanks for posting it for others. They are done by a guy in Argentina (used to be charley_bond on ebay) who does a lot of Bond props and figures.

I can't say I've ever been too impressed with the work, although I love that he makes hard-to-come-by figures like Baron Samedi and Nick Nack. It's just that the outfits are far too simple and the sculpts are mostly recasts... and the sculpts leave a lot to be desired after being spoiled by Spenser.

If you look close you can see that Samedi's skeleton is painted on an oversized brown bodysuit.

THANKS GUYS! :)

Just keeping the torch burning!

Hopefully we can keep BOND alive with these wonderful sculpts. I'm not certain, now that Largo has come to be, if Spenser has interest in continuing with some more Bond characters, but I hope so. There's still a handful of characters that would be amazing to have for a Bond collection.

These have probably been discussed here or elsewhere before, but we could really use a good "M" head sculpt, and Moneypenny, of course. Luckily, SSC already gave us "Q", bless their hearts! There's one figure, though, that I'm not sure has been discussed all that much... Felix Leiter. Problem is, which one do you choose? Felix is the most chameleon-like character of all the Bond films, never played by the same actor twice. The only thing he hasn't been yet is female! (...or has he, I mean she?)

So many Felixes to choose from. It boggles the mind. I sort of lean toward the Jack Lord or David Hedison version of Felix, myself. There are plenty of others to choose from, though. Anybody else interested in Felix or the others?

WG, I agree. I'd never buy any of those, but it's fun to show and discuss such customs though, as they might inspire others.

I'd love a Felix - I'd probably go classic and use Jack Lord. Whoever makes that sculpt could double dip on Hawaii Five-Oh fans...

Absolutely. "Book 'em Dano!" :D

Actually David Hedison did in "Live and Let Die" and "Licence to Kill."

You could also do a "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea" Captain Crane.

My vote would be Jack Lord though.

I got the Ultimate Edition THNDERBALL yesterday -- don't know why? :D -- but it had an interesting history about eveyone's least favorite FELIX...

Rick Van Nutter. He was married to Anita Ekbert -- hottie, poster seen in FRWL -- and was hired to play Felix in the continuing films. Guess the producers liked hanging out with Anita. Anyway, he moved to England for that purpose, to forever be Felix starting with OHMSS... but when OHMSS was pushed and they couldn't figure out a way to work Felix into YOLT, his "deal" was lost forever.

Still, he got to go home to Anita...

Ah, the good ol' days....:love

I stand corrected.:bow After I posted that comment, I did have second thoughts about it. :lol

Guess I'm just one of those people who always liked Roger Moore as "The Saint", but never cared too much for that particular era of Bond films. Totally blanked on David Hedison in "Live and Let Die"! The reason I thought of him was because Felix had so much more screen time than usual in "Licence to Kill". Van Nutter would be a good choice, too. But any character from "Thunderball" would be welcome to me... especially Domino!

Except Felix wasn't in OHMSS, either...

Van Nutter has the distinction of being the only Felix who physically resembles the character from the book - a tall, easygoing Texan with blonde hair.

Here's a rundown:

Just don't do the "Members Only" coke-dealer looking Felix from The Living Daylights...

I'm in! Just waiting for Spenser to tell me he's shipped.

Don't know what happened to the other guys. But let's keep this floating. I think all the Luke B and Leia and Jack Sparrow stuff has people's attention right now.

I'll be contacting Spense just as soon as I recover from all the preorders that have arrived recently. I still need to get Blofeld, too. No way am I going to miss out on Largo! :monkey5

This goes for me as well. I've been busy with Hot Toys USCM figures and such; I'll be getting back to Bondey stuff after the new year.

Heck, I still have to dress my Goldfinger figure, though Naked Auric is certainly the scariest figure in my collection at present.
