I've been watching this for a while now, and I'm really just waiting on seeing some completed or nearly completed pieces like the armor and kilt before I jump in. The sculpt is looking pretty good and with the revisions being made it should be perfect. I'm very interested to see how this comes together.

If we start to get some pics of some stuff I'm definitely in, so you could almost say to put me on the list.

Freeeeeeddoooommmmm!

That great man. The more the merrier. By the way, when are you posting a pic of your collection with all your awesome customs?:monkey3:lol

Everyone, I contacted Uncle Sam about doing the boots for Wallace. Let's see what he says.

paint application on photoshop
a war paint one and
and a battle damage version (dirt up)

Sorry to be nitpicking, but I wonder if the sculpt would maybe benefit from a more sterner look. He looks kinda tame, too friendly now (it's in the eyebrows). :monkey3

dont be sorry

its based off the infamous poster with him and the sword and i went with that look

Thanks! That and the kilt are the last things to be nailed down right?

Hey guys,

I've succesfully printed on fabric! Here are the pictures. After that, you'll find a tutorial for those who want to try it! :D

So, how do you do it? First of all, I couldn't use Jim007's pic. I tried it but the result was to dark and yellowish in comparison to movie shots. So I made a new one from another source. It's made for A4 size paper. If you need the pic, PM me.

Now the method. You need:
-A4 sticker paper
-A bubble jet ink printer
-Some fabric softener (any brand will do)
-Thin, 100% cotton (or silk, but cotton is better for a kilt) fabric.

The method is extremely easy.
STEP 1:If your fabric is new, wash it first. If not, proceed directly to step 2

STEP 2: Pour some pure fabric softener in a bowl and soak your fabric in it. Wring it but don't rinse it! Let dry about 24 hours.

STEP 3: Iron it. It will likely be stained by the softener but it's irrelevant for the printing.

STEP 4: Place your fabric on the sticker paper and cut exactly to size

STEP 5: Put it in your printer and print. I chose "photo quality" andt "high quality paper" settings.

STEP 6: (not yet done on mine) Let the ink dry for 24 hours and iron the fabric

STEP 7: 24 hours after ironing, remove the paper. wash the fabric in cold water with a few drops of liquid soap. It's done! :D

Another quick photoshop...
