Yet Walt still cares enough to push His family away from him to keep them safe. A villian wouldn't care enough to do that.

YES, walt's a bad guy. But he's not a villian.

A Villian would have KILLED skyler for attacking him with the knife, AS WELL AS walt Jr. Family or no

A villian would have KEPT Holly.

I'm not arguing that he is a good guy, but there is a line between being a "bad guy" and "Despicable villian"

Walt is getting aful close to that line.

That's pretty much how I see it. Until the bitter end, Walt honestly cares about his family, Even if he has done horrible things,
Walt is still thinking about his family, He never stopped, Almost every horrible decision he made, was thinking about them.

Poisoning Brock was even done because of his fear of Gus hurting and killing his family, so even Poisoning a kid, was because he didn't want his family hurt.

until the very end, Walt was always a family man

i was surprised at how fast Walt Jr. turned on his father. from how i saw it Walt was trying to disarm Skylar and try to get them to listen, never once did i think Walt was actually going to hurt Skylar.

I was too. But in the moment, you have to choose a side and I think he did well. But yeah, surprised me a little on HOW fast he did.

A question I have about that poisoning. Brock has no idea that ricin came from Walt, so why the hostility? Why does Brock look at Walt as if he knows it was Walt that poisoned him :dunno

It's just around new people. When Jesse first met him, he was the same way and took a while to warm up to him. Andrea had noted it at one point because he was so quiet when the audience first meets him.

I never cared for Jesse. I mean I really felt bad that he was so broken when Jane died but that's it. My philosophy is "you reap what you sow" both Walt and Jesse are finding that out now .

I definitely cared for Jesse, but that last part is how I feel about the whole thing. Jesse and Walt BOTH have skeletons.

It's interesting when you look back at where we started and where we are now. You have Jesse, as 'Captain Cook', who went from wanting to become rich from selling/cooking drugs to now wanting nothing to do with it. And then you have Walt who went from 'Mr. White - an honest earning citizen' to the most notorious drug cook of the West.

It's an obvious point, but I find it fascinating to see Walt and Jesse's transformation during all of this. Amazing stuff.

No. You DON'T pick aside. you Stop them BOTH, get everyone to calm the hell down, and talk about What's REALLYY going on, instead of jumping to conclusions like an idiot, and possibly making very, VERY wrong uninformed decisions that cannot be un-made.

Bucket of cold Water on the BOTH of them MIGHT have snapped them out of their stupid Bickering.

The problem is the little white-night had aldready had his brain frazzled by his Complete Idiot of an aunt.

I Really, REALLY HATE the Marie Character. She's just as Niave as Jr, but she should know better. And she's very preachy and high and mighty about it..

And a lying theif to boot.

Though, i think that's intentional that we dislike her.

This post is why I have a problem with pro-Walt fans. It's like...the character can do no wrong. The fact that a mentally challenged 17 year old boy JUST found out that his dad, whom he's looked up too, and loved his whole life, has been a giant meth dealer who has done unspeakable crimes for the last 2 years, was arrested just minutes before he was told.

And then he comes home, to find his dad already there, panicked, scared....he asks if it's true. AND then, add on the very idea that Hank, Uncle Hank, another person he loves, respects, might be dead because of his dad.....AND THEN to top it off, he watches his father FIGHT his mother with a ****ing knife in the middle of their living room. Yeah....uh, I think Jr acted perfectly rational. Sorry, but if I found out one of my parents was a drug dealer, who may or may not have murdered someone else I loved and was fighting my mother, I'd ****ing smash that parent's head in. It's over by that point.

Come on. Every character has a reason for doing what they're doing. Marie has been with Hank all the way with this Heisenberg nonsense...so...of course she's with her husband all the way. She just found out her sister was a part of this, which ****ing killed her inside.

Her going to Skyler was a great moment. It was a fantastic character moment actually. It shows that Marie will always love her sister. She might have been hurt initially, but who can blame her?

the actor playing Todd looks like a retarded version of Matt Damon . just a thought

Skylar initiated the fight. she even cut Walt. im not defending what Walt did but if one of my parents started cut my other parent i would try to stop to one that ACTUALLY HURT the other person with the knife. Walt Jr called the cops and said Walt attacked Skylar first. throughout the whole series they showed Walt Jr resenting and even hating Skylar for treating Walt horribly from what he knew of Walt. noe all of a sudden with no proof just heresay Walt Jr turns on his father. that is very fickle and proves he is still a child

Skyler cut Walt trying to make him leave and in her mind (and I think Jr's), protecting her son. Jr then returns the favour once Walt physically gets the upper hand on Skyler.

Personally, I thought it made sense. Walt pretty much confirms everything that Skyler and Marie said by avoiding the subject and trying to force them to leave and by the fact that he cannot explain what happened to Hank.

No matter how it was written or how long Walt explained things, this was going to be the end result. There's no explaining away to anyone outside the biz your association with neo-Nazi killers and the fact that while you tried your best to save Uncle Hank, he and Gomie are dead and buried in a hole you dug to stash your meth money. Walt's only chance at having a semblance of a family is if he got away scott free and nobody knew, but once the truth's out, it's too late.

CelticPredator Walt Jr has Cerebral Palsy which affects his motor coordination not his cognitive abilities. Just wanted to correct that because that is a common mistake.
