To me this seems a better fit for my collection.
Movie versions do not excite me at all.
Nothing wrong with the movie versions but this is closer to the comic book version I imagine.
But I gotta admit winter soldier might be a good surprise to all.

Yup, I hear what you're saying.

Personally I don't see it as buying a statue of the actor but buying a statue of the character that the actor is portraying.

For example I see my Indiana Jones PF as the character not as Harrison Ford. Same for my Obi-Wan Kenobi Mythos statue.

Probably 100%. The reason I changed my plan (I was going to skip the POs and get on the waitlist), was because I figured it would just as likely convert soon anyway if I did. Might as well just order it and get it over with.

Kinda wish I'd kept to the original plan now though.

I do like the neutrality of this statue and the history it reflects. Just not sure if its the "version" I want represented in my collection.

I wouldn't worry about it. It just waitlisted, you will convert for sure and probably within a few weeks.
