I'm glad Sharon is in more promo and one of the pics confirms her fight scene with Black Widow.

She said Scarlett in the interview and some people thought she meant Scarlet Witch.

I have a bad feeling that

Scarlet Witch is team cap and dies before the end battle and Agent 13 takes her place... hence why they both are in different promo pics and never together in one. It also confirms the rumor that SW dies.

I have a really hard time imagining that's true in the slightest. Van Camp also confirmed that she didn't film for long any way.

They just started building her character up at the Age of Ultron. And besides, as attack power goes she is top tier of the current crop. Heading into Infinity War the last thing they need is Field Agent level characters in the mix instead.

Agreed. I'll be really pissed off if they kill Wanda off, not just because she's one of my faves but then it makes her character a completely waste of time and money to the franchise. I feel the same way about them killing Pietro in AoU. Why would Marvel fight so long and spend so much money on getting shared rights to the characters only to kill them off so quickly? They seriously couldn't have used a different character or a different reason for Tony to create Ultron? I'm forever bitter about Pietro (until they bring him back because I seriously think they will), and if they kill Wanda too it will honestly ruin these movies for me because it would be so ridiculous.

Really? I haven't seen or read anything of VanCamp talking about her film schedule. I do remember Olsen say she didn't film for a long time.

Not saying I am right. I love both characters and actresses so I hope I am wrong. It's strange though that it's heavily speculated the airport scene isn't the major battle at the end and they haven't shown VanCamp in live action in her outfit they have used for all the promo photos.

I actually rather easily see why they'd fight so hard for Quicksilver and then waste him. Whedon loves shock deaths, and very few people thought Quicksilver would be the one to die given Marvel's love of sequels and spin-offs. Of all the possible people who could have died, nobody thought the brand new Avenger who just entered the MCU with much fanfare would be the one to go.

Well one thing you have going for you in that case is that Whedon is not directing this film nor IW.

I don't know how you people do it, buying whole teams of characters even though you own the same characters from previous movies! It would not only destroy my wallet, but also monopolize all my available space. I only buy one version of each character unless there's a drastic change in the new version of the character--I bought both AOU Cap and WS Stealth Cap because the new outfit and the Rogers headsculpt make them completely different figures--but other than that I just try to buy the best representation of each character I can. Which means that from Civil War I'll be buying...Crossbones and Scarlet Witch. I passed on AOU Scarlet Witch because of the goth girl get-up so this will be my only version of her. I might spring for Black Panther if he's awesome, and I might pick up Falcon if they fix his headsculpt. And that's it. The Caps, Iron Man, Thor, Black Widow, etc. that I already own are all cool enough to satisfy me.

Yeah and this is not the end of these characters .

I also try collect one version of the character unless there is significant change in the costume. I mean cap alone has had 8 figures so far include civil war and he is likely to make and appearance in both infinity war movies. And that's just him not even the rest of the team 5 Thor, 2 loki, 2 falcons, 2 winter soldiers, 4 war machines, 2 visions , 2 wandas, 2 huks, 5 black widows and least 11 iron figures featuring a Tony stark head sculpt.

I wish we would get more villains, the always neglect them.

The Russos said not everyone stays in the fight to the bitter end, that not everyone has the stomach for it. If she is going to be replaced on Team Cap with Sharon it would be more likely that she gives up/turns herself in after the airport battle.

It looks like the final battle is likely gonna be Cap and Bucky vs. Iron Man anyway.

the rumor about deaths in the film..

Cap dies for sure and they filmed three additional death scenes so it wouldn't get leaked - Scarlet Witch, War Machine and Falcon. The rumor also said War Machine is going to be heavily injured in the middle of the film and not die (as seen in trailers), Falcon is a red herring and guaranteed safety and Scarlet Witch is the one who bites the dust.

They filmed three different endings for who would be Cap's successor - Bucky, Falcon and Agent 13. This makes me think Agent 13 is going to play a bigger role than they are letting on in this film so maybe Hunni is onto something with her theory of Agent 13 being with Team Cap after SW dies (if she does).

SW's death will happen in CW. It's possible of course, but I think unlikely. Unless killing one of their two female heroes is what they consider the "controversial ending." It sure as heck would be, and a lot of people wouldn't be happy. It would be such a waste - especially since the general audience hasn't had much time to get attached to her. I have to hold out hope that the Russo's aren't like Whedon, killing merely for shock value. I think the death needs to affect both sides of the conflict. Sure, Wanda's death would affect Vision and probably Natasha. But Tony? Rhodey? T'Challa? Peter? There's not as much emotional connection between Team Stark and SW.

Anyway, I'm not sure how trustworthy those rumors are. I guess we'll know in a few weeks
