Haha it's been like that since either the first Thor or the first Avengers.

heya, i watched it on 27th here in Germany. Could be related to AUDI and the german / european investors maybe.... i remember Avengers AOU also being released in the US 1 week after europe...

It definitely is the best Marvel movie, if not the best comic book movie, ever made. RDJ brought his A game and new levels to Tony, and the fight scenes were just incredible.

Yep, that's the one most everybody is anticipating. I believe Scarlet Witch and Vision still need to go up for PO. And then there's the inevitable Crossbones, possibly Zemo and a shot-in-the-dark like Sharon Carter.

:slap how could i forget about SW and Vision. But yeah i'm gonna passed on them since i have the Aou version. I'll take Crossbones any day. And bring on Sharon Carter and Zemo. Just wish they had more distiguish costumes.

It's OK. :lol Vision will essentially be the same figure and SW's costume is somewhat similar to the NA version.

Scarlet Witch's costume is actually pretty different, so she makes sense as a new release. Vision, on the other hand... who knows with him. Maybe another tiny Ant-Man accessory?

You want a MCU Spider-Man figure? here it is:

Having watched the movie today has funnily enough tempered any itches I may have had for more figures at this point (there was really only Scarlet Witch I would have seriously considered) .. and it's not that I didn't enjoy the movie (I did) ... I'll spoiler tag just in case. I know I don't like even minor spoils.

If I was to do one group lineup from this movie with the Civil War stands, it's Cap and Bucky vs Iron Man. That (politics aside) is the real theme of the movie. As cool as the airport fight was, it wouldn't warrant a Side A vs Side B display for me. It's Steve and Tony's movie (and I have good figures of both), with Bucky in the middle of it... Falcon and Black Widow caught up in it.. Black Panther forcing himself into it, and the rest in varying degrees much more minor roles.

Some of the stars are pretty much there for that fight.. Almost like extended cameos. And that's understandable considering the number of characters. So scratch Hawkeye and Ant-Man off the list. Ant-Man I'd rather have his solo movie figure. Vision I'd rather have AoU and put him with that team if at all. Spidey was great. Completely stole the wise crack spotlight off Ant-Man. Black Panther was great, but I think I'll be waiting for the solo movie first.

Black Widow and Falcon had good roles in the movie, but I have the TWS of her already. If I only had the AoU figure, she would be instant buy. ScarJo seems to get quite a lot of support role screen time across the franchise for a character who has never had a solo movie. Falcon would look good, but he's not a top priority for me.

War Machine, no doubt about it for me.. if I'm going to spend over $300US on him, it is the Mk1 remake, no doubt about it.. Still love the Scarlet Witch character and design. But she is a 1 or all for me. I'm lucky enough to have the NA version ordered now, so I'll wait for more CW info, and keep my eye out for AoU specials. We still haven't really seen her or Vision unleash hell yet, but once again that's understandable considering who they have been fighting in the movie. She did have a couple of good moments in the movie though.

For now I'm probably likely to watch a couple of old solo movie figures, keep an eye out on future solo movie figures, and maybe keep an eye for prices to drop on a couple of AoU figures..
