Agreed on all of the above. I also really like a lot of Cap/Bucky moments as well. Ignoring the idiotic "shipping" thing going on I really got the impression that Bucky was not only his best friend but was also a personification of his life in 1945 that was otherwise gone forever (especially after Peggy passed.) So while Steve and Tony both disagreed ideologically, they both also had personal (perhaps even selfish) reasons for wanting to sign/not sign. Tony wanted to show Pepper that he was accepting regulation and Steve didn't want to lose Bucky. Not that Cap would have fought for Bucky's freedom if he was really evil of course but it just added that extra, more personal level to the conflict.
I liked their chat about the girls from their youth where Bucky said, "Geez, they'd be over 90 years old right now." "So are we pal, so are we."
Also it was funny after two straight movies of Bucky owning everyone with his metal arm that when he went to punch Spidey, Spidey just caught his fist in the palm of his hand and almost casually twisted it aside to marvel at it. "You have a metal arm? That's awesome!" [emoji38]
As for the ladies, you may have a point. Though I like how Widow and Sharon in particular decided to take the position of being supportive of the two alphas while trying to de-escalate at the same time.
