Watched for the 3rd time tonight. As far as the movie goes, still love it! It remains up there with TWS. Both great in their own way.

Only thing that bothers me is how cg Iron Man and War Machine look... It's weird, they looked great in IM 1-3, the Avengers, and half of AoU (as in the Mk43 and even Hulkbuster). They've been showing a lot of IM/Avengers on tv recently and I look at the old Mks and they look great. Even with me knowing and actively trying to tell my brain it's cg, they actually look like they're there. Starting with the Mk45 and now with the 2 CW armors, they just look really fake. Did something happen? Or it it just me?

Yeah, the H is not needed. They could've just added a straight line across his forehead that connects the two "side lines" on his helmet, giving the impression of an H.

Or how bout these:

Spiderman looked straight out of that 3D universal studios ride :lol

This year definitely seemed like a step back in CGI for every superhero movie. Apocalypse has some truly awful CGI in it, BvS probably was the best of the year in this department.

Look as much as i'm a huge fan of CW and loved Spiderman, Peter Parker, his mini arc, and his costume design no doubt about it he was the most cgi looking of all the Spidermans.

His fabric didn't move at all.

You don't even have to go back far just look at ASM2 with his costume flapping in the wind.

Even if that was cgi it was damn good cgi.

But whatever he still kicked ass in CW and ASM2 is bye bye.

I had no problem with Spider-Man CGI until they got to the scene where it was actually the real actor in costume. That was a bit jarring how different they looked.

As far as CGI is concerned I just try not to think about it. As soon as you start really looking at it, it all falls apart. Generally it has to be pretty bad for it to bother me.

Personally, I found the CGI of Spidey to stick out a lot. That's a fairly minor nitpick for me though. CW is easily the best CBM of the year thus far. I have yet to see XMA. I will probably catch it next week.

Spidey looked great to me both times I saw it. I noticed the CG while watching the Raimi flicks but for ASM1, ASM2, and CW I just felt like I was watching Spider-Man.

I want to give this another viewing since a) it's just so good, and b) to see if the CG aspect is better then I give it credit for.

Eh, one thing I need to say about the CGI: The de-aging of RDJ was superb. That felt real. I didn't notice anything that looked fake during that scene.

I think Batman v Superman has some of the best CGI we've ever had to date. Doomsday for the most part looked excellent.

Spidey on the other hand, looked good, was quite jarring. Maybe its hard to capture he texture of his suit... I really couldn't tell what that material was supposed to be. I get why though, they hadn't finalised the design until late in the game. Although Black Panther (bar the case scene) looked great and his design was constantly being tweaked too.

Im curois how the live action SSidey suit will look
