I'm guessing that's fan art? It looks good. It's too bad they didn't use that shield in the movie. I really wanted a scene where FDR gives Cap the round shield.

He does use that shield in the movie and he does wear that outfit.
Its the USO prop that he takes on his "Debut" battle.

That USO business still annoys me. I hope it works out better on screen than it sounds. Or that its small enough to ignore.
