They werent all in the european theater of war, genius.
You should stop face palming, it's effecting your thinking.

Really, you were there, you know for a fact, 100%, that other nationalities other than what you ignorantly believe in didn't participate in the "European Theater" of war.

By all means, please continue with your ignorance.

Just because you use the words "European Theater of War" does it mean you know what the hell you're taking about.

Another know it all that knows nothing.

Just because it bothers you, here are some more for you :slap :slap :slap :slap

Oh look, its the new politically correct commandos.
Now with less segregation and with the major movie going demographics represented.
:yuck

Along with omitting Nazi's Hollywood must've had a fun time rewriting history to there liking on this film.

They are getting around it by calling them 'the Invaders" rather than the HC, although the Howlers did the same thing with Gabe Jones, Izzy Cohen and Pinky Pinkerton. They just added the Frenchman and the Asian character.

How can we gripe about historical accuracy when the hero has super powers and carries a vibranium shield? You just can't take a character like that and plop him into the middle of a historically accurate period war film.

I want to see a colorful and imaginative comic book adventure inspired by the wartime era. I am not expecting a historically accurate war film--I want to see a fun movie about a regular guy who gets super powers, wears a costume made by Iron Man's dad, and goes off to fight the bad guys who have received advanced futuristic technology from Red Skull and his Cosmic Cube. That's what I'm expecting, and I have a feeling that's what I'll get--not a film with a realistic and nuanced portrayal of racial tensions in the 1940s and faithfully reproduced period weaponry. There are other films that I can watch when I'm in the mood for historical accuracy. I want this one to have a shield made of vibranium.

Pics of that for sure :hi5:

Well, I've heard most of the Marvel booth will be dedicated to THE AVENGERS, but I'm thinking some CAP and THOR props will be there again, too. And, yes, pics. :rock

Right on guys! :yess:

:goodpost: Well said.

You want historical accuracy? Watch Band of Brothers or The Pacific. :lecture
