The internet would be a much better place if people conducted themselves on it in the same way that they conduct themselves outside of it. Sadly for many internet conduct is the true self coming out because the offline facade is in place purely out of cowardice. I would love to see one of you Keyboard Toughguys meet Brie Larson in person. The trembling alone would make it worth while. But, once again if you get your jollies off making fun of a woman's appearance that petrified reaction to meeting Brie Larson would probably apply to meeting any lady in person :)

Lol dude chill. Your taking things way to serious. I could care less what the hell he or she said about Brie Larson or if Brie Larson came here to fight me personally. I’m not gonna be pressed about what someone says about a millionaire who can handle themselves. Yea it sucks but don’t lose sleep over it. People talk bs all the time. It’s a forum.

It’s weird how your cool with someone trying to start a political argument but whining about someone making fun of a actress who will never see what the person wrote.

You two made this bland movie bigger than it really is. Just freakin chill

So I just got back from seeing it. Good movie! Not amazing by any stretch, but pretty entertaining and standard fare for a MCU flick. Not something that has much replay value for me, but I’ll still add the blu ray to my collection.

I will say I was a bit dissapointed in how Fury got his eye injury, and how the Skrulls didnt turn out to be the villains they were in the comics. I did like how she got her powers though, and of course Sam Jackson stole the show personality wise.

You know...you actually make a good point about me taking it too seriously...because when I read your post and get the inescapable feeling that I am reading the writing of a thirteen year old I do feel like I am being WAY too serious. At this point I am definitely not losing sleep over Internet forum comments...now the failure of the public school system...that may be a different matter.

You know, I get irked by stuff I see online a lot of times. I find that the best thing to do at these moments is to step back, go offline and enjoy what's immediately in front of me. It can be a simple cup of coffee, my wife and kids or a quick ride around the neighborhood on my electric skateboard.

Sometimes we tend to react to things we really do not need to react to or sometimes we just feel like evolution is going the wrong way for humanity. But there are a lot of good things around us if we only stop focusing on the negative stuff.

Well on that note I had a great walk with my dogs today. Brought them down the beach and then up to the fields at the bottom of our little mountain where they had a great time running around at full sprint and I chased about with them. The joy on their furry faces made my day.

Lol damn your really mad huh? Your really insulting me over a stupid movie? Your very sad. Who is 13 again? Maybe you should get some sun or something or go to a bar and chill. Instead of crying about people making fun of some celebrity. Maybe then you’ll enjoy life and not get upset over what a lil forum user thinks. It’s ok for people to think different from you now go lay back under ur captain marvel blanket and chillax kiddo

Exactly. This guy is so upset what people on the internet think. If your gonna cry about what a bunch of no names think about some actress then you need to see the sun a little bit more. Insulting people over a movie is silly and immature

Walking the dog is an awesome joy. I miss having dogs. My wife and I really love dogs but when our last dog passed, my wife was so hurt that she did not want to own another.

Someday maybe we can get another dog (the kids want one too).

It is. When I go out with them they have my full attention, no messing about with music and earphones or a phone (unless it's to take a video of them having fun). Plus why would I want to block out the sound of the sea, the birds etc. I'm fortunate to live where I do and for me it never gets old to take it all in.

It hurts like hell every time when they die - but we keep putting ourselves through it. It's worth it while they live and as long as you give them a happy life that's how you reconcile it when the inevitable happens every 9-15 years..

You guys have the right idea! Stepping back and enjoying the things that bring true happiness is absolutely necessary for our mental health. Getting all wound up in the virtual world is a waste of energy.

I love that I can come here and talk about my love for all this nerdy stuff. But really doing things like hanging out with my daughter & wife, practicing karate, hanging with my bros, hell even going to work every day.. these are the things that keep me happy and satisfied.

Seeing someone post offensive things or even just stuff I don't agree with means absolutely nothing when I have the things that really matter in my life.

Especially during this weather. I love running the trail during this time of year and looking at nature. It’s very peaceful. It reminds me of my childhood

I do something similar, but my trail goes almost straight up.

Spring and Fall are my favorite season to run, Nothing better than a "runners high " to take the edge off after a day at work. :duff
